When I had to get a storage unit for my grandfather’s things after his passing I was everywhere and so emotional and he really helped me out. I just came in today to get a new key and it was so quick and easy. Never have had an issue ever here !!",

"text": "I love how clean they keep this place and that the billing is not an issue every other month however on Sundays there were customers there smoking weed on the C row and two dogs roaming the lot when was a pitbull the other was big but I know if the office was open this would not have been going down!",

Mike, the manager, is outstanding. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, he’s gone above and beyond to help. His customer service alone is worth it. I’ve recommended this place to friends and family, and now some of them have their own units here too!",

"text": "My wife and I would recommend morningstar storage of Western Ave to anyone and everyone! We have been renting a unit from them for almost a year and are both so glad we did we are definitely not disappointed the manager Mike is great he's professional yet friendly, helpful and respectful and truly strives to provide all around great service with a comfortable atmosphere. Also so far every other unit renter or person we have crossed paths with on the property has been nothing short of considerite and respectful which helps a lot during high stress times such as moving! We would give 10 stars if possible 😁 So Mike and all the other wonderful employees thank you all so much and you all are doing a wonderful job!!",

"text": "If Martha Stewart and Picasso built a storage facility, this would be it.\n\nThis facility is like no other I’ve seen. Beth and Mike are wonderful - so helpful and friendly - the location is convenient to everywhere, and the attention to detail at this place is crazy.\n\nThe temperature controlled building where my spaces are has street names at each aisle of units, making it less like a maze and more like a stroll at an art museum - literally. There’s actual graphic art related to moving on the walls. At least one is abstract, others are of the whimsical variety. There’s even a bench at the entrance to the building where you can take a break while moving in. What the actual?!? I’ve never seen that at a storage facility before. It’s like they actually want you to enjoy being there as you move in. It’s too bad other storage companies haven’t figured out how to do this.\n\nI must also mention the large hand carts that will cut the number of trips you make from your vehicle or moving truck to your unit in half compared to the smaller carts at other facilities.\n\nWhether you’re between house purchases, leaving your boyfriend, considering hitting the road and living the van life, or all of the above, you’re missing out if you rent at any of the mediocre facilities in town, and they’re all mediocre if they aren’t Morningstar. I’d like to meet whomever started this company. They’re geniuses!",

The free use of their moving truck is an amazing perkto using their facility. The new addition of the climate controlled units as well as the 24-hour access to your unit make this facility's stand out among the rest. I highly recommend them",

"text": "We were moving across the country from Nebraska to Tennessee. I called multiple storage facilities trying to find the right one. From my very first phone call to Morning Star Storage to the final point of moving in, they exhibited absolutely outstanding customer service. Beth was so helpful and accommodating to help me find the unit I needed; she even went down and took pictures of the unit to email me so I could see them from afar. Kathryn the manager helped me to make all the necessary coordination and arrangements for the drop, unload, and pick up of our POD. All the other storage units I called were not willing to coordinate with a POD drop off and pick up at their facility. Kathryn and Beth were both highly responsive to any phone calls or emails I made with questions or concerns. All in all, they made a very difficult process of a long-distance move extremely easy. I would 100% recommend this storage facility to anyone who needs a unit and wants outstanding customer service.",
