With no real knowledge of how to go about buying a storage unit, I walked in and James immediately took care of me! Explained to me all my different options and was very accommodating and polite! Got everything set up and ready to go within 30 minutes! Thank you for the help!! Definitely recommend!",

She took time to explain options and work with me showing me around units and how well the property was protected. The property was very clean from the office to the storage buildings. She made sure I had enough room for my household property with a respectable rate. I would highly recommend her and the storage company for your storage needs. Property management was on site and welcome me and made sure all things was in place before leaving.",

The staff, Joe and Todd, were informative, courteous, and went above and beyond the normal expectations and the level of service, of what storage personnel would typically deliver. So much in fact that on my initial phone conversation with Joe, I choose a unit immediately coming to the facility to go ahead and secure what she and I had discussed. Not only did I receive exceptional service but a great rate! I would definitely rent from Mini Mall Storage in Cross Lanes again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for such an exceptional encounter.",

"text": "We had an urgent need to find a storage unit. We live out of town so I did an online request on a Sunday. I immediately got a confirmation email. I followed up with a phone call around noon on a Sunday and someone picked right up and answered all of my questions. The next morning I received a call from the manager at the Cross Lanes, WV location, Pete Gaydosz. We talked about the facility and how the lock code boxes work, the hours, etc., and he answered all of my questions. He even offered to sell me two locks for the price of one since we ended up having to rent two of the smaller units. Pete is an awesome manager and is doing a fantastic job taking care of his customers. What a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend!!!",

I would say to Management please do not advertise with an asterisk because my budget needed the free month. I still recommend the facility but read carefully.",
