"text": "I’ve had a storage unit at Mini-Mall Storage for around five years. It has changed ownership, but there have only been improvements. It’s climate-controlled, so I can store everything there with confidence that there will be no weather-related problems. Everything in my unit, from antiques to books, look the way they did five years ago. It’s easy to access, and quite secure. Most importantly, any time I have needed to interact with someone in the office (Jeremy was especially helpful, but all people have been), it’s been a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage!",

I did stop in one day for a lock and the gentleman I spoke to was amazing and very professional, I wish I knew the gentleman name. The only problem I had was setting up account to manage everything was a nightmare I think because they were having sever issues that day.",

When I first accessed my unit the staff went as far as highlighting and labeling a detailed map for me so I knew exactly where I was going. The staff has been quick to respond to any questions and provided assistance in a timely manner. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone for safe storage!",

"text": "I would definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage to everyone not just for the facilities which are GREAT but the personal touch of their employees. Kaylei Fenney has gone way and beyond her job description for me I got hurt and had to apply for disability SSI and had to struggle to figure out how to get the money to make my payments or even late payments because I had no income coming in and Kaylei would always be comforting and understanding to me and would help make arrangements for me so I wouldn’t lose my unit. She is like sunshine on a cloudy day 😊",

"text": "Climate controlled storage units. That's a huge benefit. The downside? There is no entrance after 10 PM. Personally, that's a crock. I'm not sure why, as a paying customer, I can't enter my unit after 10 PM.\n\nUpdated review: A few changes were made recently, and it has improved my overall experience at the facility. They have now earned their 5-star review.",

"text": "The facility speaks for itself! Clean. Easy access. Plenty of room. All the goods! Where are you find the separation in these places is with the management. So my experience with minimall storage didn’t start off as well as I thought it should …had trouble getting a lease and a receipt and etc. etc. etc. 1-800 customer service calls unanswered. But the manager of the facility, Rick was able to alleviate all my worries with just one phone call. He stayed on the line with me and made sure I got all my problems taken care of properly! Top-notch service right when I needed it! It’s easy to build a storage unit and keep it clean not so easy to deal with all the hassles. And when you got hassles, that’s the kind of service you want! Thanks again Rick really appreciate all your help!",

I was able to easily rent a unit online and when I got there Monday morning the staff was extremely helpful and had everything waiting for me. So convenient to everything! I am very pleased with my experience!",
