Payments were easily taken care of each month and I never had any concerns about the safety of my items. All the staff were friendly and helpful anytime I had a question. I had my unit for roughly a year and the only reason I left 24 hour self storage was because I got married and now have room in my new house for my things. I would absolutely recommend these storage options to anyone looking for a safe, convenient storage facility for their items. Highly recommended!",

I only have it 4 out of 5 stars because my unit faced Commonwealth Ave and street grit and dirt getting into my unit seemed to be a problem, but was assured they were putting new seals on all the doors as people vacated their units, which I just did due to moving out of state. My latch stuck once and the maintenance person had to make an after hours visit and use a hammer and tool to get it unjammed so I could get into my unit.",

Customer service and satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed with this place...I love my indoor climate controlled units and my wife loves her outside drive up unit for ease of access. These are very nice units that we use and I’ve to been a loyal customer here since April and I have to say that they will always have my business. A huge reason is due to the general manager calling me personally when my E-signature was lost in a glitch temporarily causing some confusion but he went above and beyond to correct the situation. I love the ease of access, the surveillance cameras, and the overall security of the place. I don’t know why but I always enjoy visiting my storage unit because the indoor climate controlled area is always very clean without anyone’s trash or junk laying around. Super convenient location and I promise you won’t be disappointed. Its totally worth the monthly payment. Thank you guys very much for a clean and safe place to store my personal belongings that I don’t have room for at home and for having the best customer service I’ve had the pleasure to encounter.",
