"text": "I used this facility when it was owned by Greg (then named Cedar Storage) back in 2017-2018. It was top-notch then, and thus far in 2025, still seems to hold the same integrity.\n\nI was able to rent a unit quickly and seamlessly through Mini Mall's online sign-up service, and was granted access on my preferred start date without issue.\n\nThe unit was clean upon move-in, and as expected, well-lit, easy to access, and well-monitored with cameras throughout.\n\nFollowing my initial entry and visit to the unit, I received a call (from an actual human- Matthew I believe?) inquiring how everything was going and if there was anything they could do to be of further assistance. I did have a few questions, which were addressed professionally and politely, so I'm pleased the transfer of ownership did not sour my original opinion of this facility! I am grateful this place exists. :)",

"text": "4 years ago I considered myself blessed to find this storage facility on very short notice. It was new, clean, very well maintained, safe, convenient and priced right for my needs. All still true, even after the ownership switched hands shortly after I loaded up my unit and prices slowly nudged up. (True everywhere)\n\nWhenever I drive by other storage facilities I think about how lucky I am to have found THIS place. I still stop by to visit all my \"stuff\", retrieving things as needed...I always feel completely safe. Hoping I will have my own haven one day soon, a home for it all, but until I do, its really good to know that Mini Mall is keeping watch!\n\nThe manager, Josh, recently reached out to me about a question I had and he was so kind, so helpful. I was really impressed. So hard to find that level of urgency and service from any business... Way Grateful!\n\nThank You Josh!",

I received second month free, and insured for loss if things were damaged or stolen. Great customer service, easy access, and climate controlled. "text": "What a great place. I couldn't have been happier with a storage facility. Greg was always attentive and helpful with anything that arose. I never had a single problem. Perfectly climate controlled, no pests and very clean. It is easy to access with a personal code to get in and out. This way Greg could keep track of anyone coming and going, which always made me feel my items were safe. I moved out of my unit but had it for about 3 or 4 years. I would highly recommend and will use again in the future if needed.",

"text": "Love this place! The best storage unit I've ever used, and I've used plenty through the years. It's clean, well-lit, easily accessible. Love that the units are climate-controlled. The owner is amiable and interesting to talk with, has fair affordable prices, and I find it a pleasant experience overall! Have been there for several years and plan on staying for a while since my home is small and lacking storage space. Cedar Storage is my choice!",

It's locally owned and Greg will answer your calls directly! Plan a visit where you can see the clean facility with great security/monitoring to protect your things. I'll be sticking with this one.",

"text": "Cedar Storage is everything you look for in a storage facility. Clean, new premises, easy truck access, climate controlled, 3 different types of hand trucks. Rent is reasonable. The owner Greg was always friendly and helpful. Only complaint was we had some evidence of mice in our unit (droppings), but as far as I know nothing was damaged, and they've clearly taken steps to address it. I imagine there's not a self-storage facility on this planet that doesn't contend with rodents.",

Basically, ticked off all the boxes I was looking for after experiences in other storage facilities over the years. Management—Greg—is friendly and worked with me to get the storage capacity I needed. Full five stars.",

"text": "The facility is clean and new. Key pad entry makes it easy to come and go without worrying about your key. Climate control keeps your possessions from getting musty smelling. Lighting comes on automatically. Doors stay open when opened to a certain position. Auto pay is available so you don't have to mess around with monthly payments, but don't worry because when I moved out I forgot to notify them and they called me! The staff is accommodating and helpful. I would go back again.",

"text": "We've been customers for approx. 6 months. Electronic keypad entry into very secured and 24/7-monitored facility. Always very clean inside and out. Climate control has been perfect. We have never once had an insect/rodent issue. Loading dock with TWO different height paved lead-ins. Available on-site for no charge is a 1) furniture dolly, 2) wheeled cart, and a regular dolly. I can honestly say that from the very beginning we have had a great experience and always a feeling of trust that our \"stuff\" is secure and safe at Cedar. Greg has been great, and his storage is definitely highly recommended by us!",

"text": "Very clean, convenient if you're on the north side of Asheville or in Weaverville or Woodfin. Service is great. I particularly like the security of having doors to storage units on the inside of the building. Temperature control if very good. All in all, a great place to keep your stuff!",

"text": "I rate Cedar Storage with a 5+ rating. I am very pleased with my personal belongings being store at Cedar Storage Center. It is very clean. It has top notch security system with cameras everywhere. I feel safe when I visit my storage unit and I know my personal belongings are safe at all times. It has an easy access loading dock with entrances that are monitored tightly. It is climate controlled and it is monitored constantly with high tech climate controlled system. Greg, the Manager of Cedar Storage Center, is and has been a great pleasure to work with. Greg is readily available at any time. Also, Greg monitors traffic in and out of the Storage Center so that makes me feel even more safe for myself and for by personal belongings. I am 100% pleased with Cedar Storage Center and I highly recommend it. Cedar Storage Center is the best Climate Controlled Storage Center in Asheville, NC and surrounding areas of WNC.",
