This is the first time that I've rented a storage unit from this business. A few weeks ago I went online to their website for information and to reserve a 5Ɨ10 unit. The website is well designed and easy to understand. I did have some more questions, so I called the company phone number for further assistance. I talked to 2 different representatives. The folks I chatted with were extremely professional and helpful, and I felt they had thoroughly answered my questions. To my surprise, a few hours later I received an email from them asking if I felt comfortable with their replies and understood the rental process, and if I had any further questions. Fast forward to today, January 4th, I went to the storage area to inspect the unit before I signed the lease. The manager there, Kevin, showed it to me. Kevin is very professional and friendly. He was very thorough. Being happy with my storage unit, I went online and signed a 1 year lease.
