They rock! They are so nice, professional, helpful, and understanding. The facility is always clean and quiet. My fellow storage neighbors were also very polite. Shout out to Ms Jamie when all my clocks were off by an hour and change, and I was running behind! Thank you to the assistant property manager that allowed me to test whether I was going to be able to get the dolly up the stairs by myself. The truck was normally available when I needed it, but when it wasn't, they would work with me to reschedule or keep me in the loop for when or of it became available on the day I needed it due to a cancellation.\n\nI rented with Morningstar twice, and I have not been disappointed. This was by far the best property of theirs I utilized. It helps alot that they are located by the highway and that they are open 24/7. I have weird hours and drive a lot, so this is a good central location for me. I've already recommended this place to my friends and other people I know moving to that area that might need a place to store items. I know if I need to store stuff in this area, I will be coming back to this property. She was kind, professional, understanding and helped me secure a new 10x10 unit within ten minutes!\n\nShe made the entire process so easy to understand and greeted me outside the office (covid restrictions) as soon as I arrived with my new lock and a welcoming bag of information and goodies.\n\nI was skeptical about their fancy place; everything is inside access only behind locked, sliding glass doors, elevators (my unit was on the second floor) and air conditioning but it was THE BEST DECISION I’ve made in a long time! They had multiply, oversized pushcarts to easily load up my stuff onto and the elevators accommodated two carts at a time. Locating my unit was a little challenging but once there we unload and head back downstairs to do it all over again multiple times. They even had music playing and a vending machine for cold drinks!\n\nI highly recommend this Morningstar facility and I promise you that Gail will be pleasant and extremely helpful!!
