She is definitely kind and helpful and informative like so many of these reviews mention, but she is also a stellar employee. As a business owner myself, you would kill for an employee like Cindy. And it is not only because of the great customer service, which is very important, but I witnessed her this past Sunday out in her golf cart in the BLAZING 98 degree heat spraying the weeds in the cracks of the pavement and I thought to myself \"WHO DOES THAT IN THIS HEAT!!\" Only a dedicated employee who actually cares about the job that she was hired to do..and in this case, that is a maintenance person's job she was doing. And when I asked her recently what in the World was she doing killing weeds in the hottest part of the afternoon she replied that there was not a maintenance person at the moment and her manager Angela, who is equally awesome, has a lot on her plate and she was helping out so her manager didn't get overloaded. If you are at your unit and Cindy is working, she will come around and ask if you need anything and is the unit working out ok for you. She genuinely wants to make sure you are happy and taken care of.
