"text": "I am moving from Florida to Bluffton and the whole moving process has been a very stressful ordeal. However, Joshua, here at this Mini Mall Storage, has been very helpful with getting a unit lined up, and getting it ready to go has been the easiest and least stressful part of the entire process. He called me shortly after I just reserved the unit to make sure it is exactly what I needed and helped to make sure it will be a good fit. I called to let him know I will be a day later than expected so I went ahead and paid for it with no issues over the phone and everything was very clearly explained to me over the phone and I, having very high anxiety, have no worries over anything for when I get there. Thank you, Joshua and I look forward to seeing y'all in a few days.",

Maleika patiently talked through all details involved including pricing, directions for movers who will be delivering the items, etc. It is truly turn-key. Krista had originally helped me and I thought I struck gold after talking to her she was so nice and helpful. This team has made my move from a long distance much easier, knowing that I have secured a storage unit a month earlier than my arrival gives me peace. Also, knowing that I have nice friendly staff to communicate with is huge. Can’t wait to meet Krista and Omar in person.",

I couldn't possibly be happier, this facility is spotlessly clean and all features (gate, lights) are in good working order. I never intended to have my life in storage for so long but who does? Anyway, during that time I have seen a few management/ownership teams come and go. They fixed the problems from the prior management, they upgraded the property so it really is what they say it is, and have been a pleasure to work with since they took over. From the beginning, Donna and Kevin and Frank have been great communicators. They answer the phone live much of the time. If they're with another customer, they call you right back.
