"text": "Lucky I found this place! Because before I found this storage I went to a storage place on Stateline Rd , and it was closed during the middle of the day. Then went to that competitors storage place on Rasco Road and the woman with the really long hair was not friendly or helpful. Being in customer service for over 20 years, I was surprised. Coming to Mini Mall Storage and being greeted by Jessie was a breath of fresh air. She went out of her way to show me each unit I was interested in. This place is clean and safe, but most of all Jessie's smile and friendliness sold me!!",

"text": "Jesse was SO helpful!!! He made my moving/storage experience super easy. Although moving is a very stressful process (hate it), the service I received made the process much easier. His friendly demeanor definitely lightened my mood! And not only that, he was very knowledgeable, providing me with every detail of the facility. He even advised me on some packing materials that came in handy. (Do pick up one of their plastic mattress covers! During the move, my movers placed my mattress on the ground several times. Yuck! This saved the side of my mattress.) I highly recommend Extra Space Storage. There isn’t a storage company in North MS that compares to their facilities or customer service.",

She helped us pick out the perfect unit to meet our needs and clearly explained all aspects of renting and the paperwork involved. As for the units they are just as great! "text": "On today (3-19-2014) I needed to quickly find a place to store my 82 year old dad's contents who relunctly relocated from So. Florida to the area to stay with my husband and I. Under the circumstances, he was not a happy camper when we arrived at the store. The employee on duty was so gracious and helpful that she actually caused my dad to smile and lighten up. Dad felt he received a good and fair rate and loved working with the employee who represented the compass brand in fine fashion. Kudos to you for your fine service and for what you did to assist in my dad's transition to his new residence. It meant more than you could ever know.",
