From the very beginning, Crystal—the property manager—has gone above and beyond in every possible way. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and consistently friendly demeanor truly set this location apart.\n\nWhat really stands out is Crystal’s dedication to the property. I’ve seen her personally out on the grounds, cutting grass and laying mulch—something you don’t often see from a manager. The facility is always spotless and well-maintained, and the landscaping makes it one of the most aesthetically pleasing properties around. Every time I drive by, it’s clear that pride and care go into every detail.\n\nMorningstar’s location is also a huge plus—centrally located and incredibly convenient for getting to downtown Birmingham or working with local businesses. "text": "I’ve had very positive experiences with this company. It wasn’t just one but three different pleasant experiences. The first time was a phone call that I made to set up automatic draft which Crystal handled with ease. The second one was to request a copy of billing statements, which she conveniently emailed to me and I got it the same day. The third one was today and it was on-site. I came to grab some things out of my unit and she was able to draw me a map to both of my units because it was my first visit. I was evacuated from my home due to tornado damages and the movers moved everything in, so I had no idea where my unit was. 😊.\nEvery single time I had contact with Morningstar Of Vulcan, I had first class customer service, which is not typical for a storage unit. Additionally, the establishment was very clean and the units were very accessible. I love the fact that they have a live person answering the phones during Business hours. Equally impressive is it he fact that on my first two times I’ve called them, They were beeping in on my other line before I even had a chance to leave a message. It’s like they don’t waste any time and as soon as they get off with that call, they move quickly to reach back to you.\n\nI also had the pleasure of speaking with Shameka on one other occasion. Shameka was super friendly and very helpful. Thank you ladies for a very positive experience in keep up the amazing customer service!!",

"text": "I decided to move an existing storage unit to Morningstar because it is closer to where I live. The facility is brand new and very clean. Mitch is the manager and he was very accommodating. I saw my exact unit before signing and he explained everything in detail about the facility. Things I like better than my existing storage place: someone is on site daily, parking is covered, carts are readily available, monthly rate is slightly less than what I pay now. You do have to buy their lock for the unit, but it’s a nominal fee. You have 24 hour access to your unit and personal code entry. They also play music in the facility which I think is a nice touch.",

Once we got there with our things, there were always flatbed carts available to use, the building was very clean and temperature controlled. I will not hesitate to use this storage facility in the future. Thank you so much!",
