The facility is clean, well-maintained, secure, and easy to access. Everything is organized, and I felt confident with giving my personal information for a U-Haul truck rental.\n\nThe facility manager, Shenika, is absolutely amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping customers. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.\n\nIf you are looking for a reliable U-Haul Rental or storage facility with great customer service, I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage in Loganville—especially with Shenika managing the property. "text": "Let me start by saying, I have never used a storage facility before. So, I’m not the best when it comes to rating these types of places. However, my daughter is a seasoned pro when it comes to storage. I went with her to rent from Mini Mall Storage in Loganville. The ladies in the office were so nice. They walked us through everything with no pressure at all. Not only were the prices the best around, the units are clean. I was impressed and I know my daughter was too. All of their units are one level (which is great…no elevators). You can choose from a normal outside (drive up) unit or an inside climate controlled one. If you are looking to store some things, this is a great place to check out. Sorry, didn’t think about pics.",

From my first phone call with Amari, I could tell this place was different. Not the money-hungry/corporate vibe you get at other places, & both ladies in the office obviously like their jobs & working together. I had to find a storage unit last minute to get out of a difficult situation quickly, & these ladies have truly been a godsend. The prices are also much better than other places I’ve rented from, which is honestly just the cherry on top.",

No moment have I had an issue for which Ms. Smith would be involved, that she hasn't responded extemporaneously. The over a decade I've been served by the facility and seen new owners and managers and supervisors come and go attest to my currently pleasant care under Amy. One firstly notices Ms. Smith's smiles and attention, in which she literally sets aside that which she may be doing in lieu of attention to you. Then comes the facility's tidiness. I come to the site knowing I will ever be welcomed by its cleanliness. Ms. Smith's meeting me and always asking whether or not services are working out well for me and if there's anything with which I would like for her to assist pertinent to the services simply implies her excellent interactions with a client. My late Wife Susan had been storing items there from time to time and when she passed on the People at Mini Mail Storage worked with me during one of the hardest times of my life. I can't not ever say enough about the love that they have given to me as they treated me like Family. I needed to store some things, I live in Stone Mountain which is a 25 minute drive from the Loganville Mini Mail Storage facility, but I thought of them about a storage unit. I went out to see Amy to catch up with her , she is the Manager there. She explained the offers as to the units, the security system upgrades and I already knew the cleanliness of the units. She runs a clean business.\nI am extremely happy to have my things stored there at the Mini Mail Storage facility in Loganville. Amy is an excellent Person and Manger as well are those who are working above her.",

The lady in the office was a breath of fresh air compared to our other place we were at! She was so nice, she even came and checked on us as we moved in to make sure everything was going good.
