She listened close to my needs, helped advise the size I needed, & was very thorough in signing me up for storage. Even when I first called, she called me back immediately. The entire place is very secure, clean, & well lighted at night. They have great, monthly pest control. I am impressed with this location.",

She is personable, polite, professional, and she has just the right edge to give confidence that she will keep one’s property safe! The paperwork process was seamless, and she even helped me back my unit up when it came time to park my travel trailer! I love the location, the cleanliness, the organization, and the safety features. I recommend the Clermont Mini Mall Storage without hesitation.",

She has let us know about any work on the property that may impact us. She has checked on my husband when he was unloading and offered him water on an extremely hot day.\n\nThe upgrades to the facility (office, lighting, gate security) has greatly improved an already excellent location.",

Shelbie called me multiple times to let me know she was available to meet me at the property whenever I was ready and could fit it in my busy schedule. She was very helpful nice and professional during my whole process not to mention with my work schedule she was there after hours assisting me getting everything set up and ready to go. I really recommend this place if you are looking for a good storage rental! Shelbie is the one! Job well done\nThank you so much for everything !",

Before meeting her I had really thought about moving out of my unit after reading the lease agreement online but after visiting with her I decided to sign the new lease and stay just because of Kat.
