"text": "This location recently added Uhaul cargo van rental to the services they provide. Therefore, the review is based on my experience renting the Uhaul cargo van.\n(1) The staff and Uhual Area Manager are very friendly, patient, and professional, especially Ro. She made sure the process went smooth.\n(2) Pick up and drop off was easy due to the distance of location to my home.\n(3) The van is new and clean.\n\nNote: I had an unpleasant experience the first time I went to pick up the cargo van. There was an e-Alert issue that Uhual linked to my name/account because of the person I added as an alternate contact. The alternate contact cannot be bypassed; it is mandatory. After that horrible experience, the staff and I learned that according to Uhual company policy, if the person you add as an alternate contact has an overdue balance with Uhaul, you are automatically linked to that individuals account and added to their e-Alert list, which prevents you from renting a vehicle. In order to be removed from the e-Alert list, Uhaul expects you or the individual to pay the balance.... guilty by association. ***A hot mess***. I didn't remove a star because the e-Alert issue was out of Mini Mall Storage control and they handled it professionally.\n\nI agree with the other reviews about the Mini Mall Storage cleanliness. It's gated and tucked away. I've driven by for years not knowing there was a storage gem nearby.",

"text": "After my recent bad experience with trying to remove my items from storage (I.e., the office is closed on Sunday, taking almost an hour to get someone at their call center, and having to pay a full months rent even though I was only a few days over the payment date) the manager (Rhonda) and others called to see what they could do. They checked, called back when promised, and due to a number of circumstances, refunded my payment. Very happy with post event handling. Only reason this is not a five is the call center still sucks, and their rates have increased from $100 to $280 in three years - unreasonable increases.",

"text": "Peggy and Brad are excellent you can't ask for a much better team than that, there is a third person but I don't recall her name all I can remember is that she had braids in her hair. This is the best team of maintenance and customer service Representatives that I've had the pleasure of working with. Brad the maintenance guy did an excellent job of fixing a problem that I had with my unit not only did he repair the problem, he had a sense of humor while he was making the much needed repair I would recommend this place to any and everybody that needs storage that I come in contact with. "text": "Easy to get a unity at the urgency of needing a place to store things or moving and in a short amount of time on there website. Also, after experiencing situation of renting a unit actually two units with one storage company and getting a promotional deal and then within the first 30 days after moving all my stuff in the business was bought out the prices went up and the due date changed by hundreds of dollars, which put me in a very bad situation, I’ve learned that buyouts on storage facilities happened pretty often that this particular storage company and shopping around. I made sure to ask that they were gonna be bought out anytime soon reputation with the same name and many other facility locations which assured me that it was safe to my stuff in it’s clean easily accessible. The only thing is they close at nine. I wish they could stay up a little later. Only complaint I have other than that everything‘s good . Even down to the prices, today’s high cost of everything",

"text": "We rented two storage units at Metro Self Storage in Lawrenceville, GA, from May 2023 to March 2024, to store our furniture and household goods while we waited for our new house to be built. One unit was a climate controlled 10' x 30', and the other was an exterior 5' x 10' unit. It was a great experience all around. The facility was clean, well-maintained and both Peggy and Ro were extremely friendly and easy to work with. They were helpful and answered all questions I had. We had no trouble gaining access to our units as needed. I often went by myself to pick up items, drop off additional items or just do a general check on our belongings, and I never felt unsafe. Much to our delight, and relief, we found absolutely no evidence of insects or rodents in/on our boxes/belongings. After moving all of our furniture and belongings out and into our new home, we found that everything was in perfect condition, exactly as it was when we stored it. So if you are looking for a clean, safe storage facility, with a staff that is a delight to work with, go to metro Self Storage in Lawrenceville - you won't be disappointed.",

I thought to get rid of some of my clothes but not only am I working in a professional setting as an Executive, I’m also a First Lady, so I need my clothes.\n\nMy husband and I visited the Metro Self Storage in Lawrenceville, GA & was greeted by a super friendly and professional man named Darryl Bridges.\n\nHe snapped into action, showing us 2 different size storage units, updating my contact information, getting all the paperwork filled out & signed, letting us test our gate code to ensure entry, & even assisting us with the new phone technology gate entry in less than 15 minutes.\n\nMetro Self Storage should consider giving customer service lessons. He made the whole process smooth, quick, and easy.\n\nThe facility has a very friendly environment and is well maintained, my only grievance being that my unit is consistently having spiders and their webs covering the door and the locking mechanism but not much the staff can really do about that being an outdoor unit surrounded by light fixtures. As I mentioned, it is a well light fenced-in facility with two security gates with keypad entry which, throughout the multiple years I have have been coming to this location, I personally have never experienced any issues with.\n\nMy father has had a unit here since shorty after this facility was built and it was through his recommendation that I considered getting a unit for my storage needs and now I pass that recommendation on to anyone considering this location for any and all of their storage needs.",

"text": "The manager was very helpful told her what I needed she explain how much everything was how big it was then she took me out to look at the unit were I excepted it I already had a lack from my previous storage unit which worked and we went back in and sign the papers",
