"text": "This was my 1st time renting a storage unit so I was hesitant based on all the stories I have heard. Not at Morningstar! If the rating scale went to 10, Morningstar would get a 10! It takes hard work to deliver a superior product and Kimberly and her staff have done just that!\n\nNo pests in sight which is what I have always heard, clean, well lit, temperature controlled, excellent and personable customer service, and the price is right! Close-out of the unit was quick, easy and delightful with Yolanda. If I ever need storage again no need to shop around because I know where to go. If you are looking for a storage unit, go to Morningstar-Lawrenceville and get you one:>)!",

She really accommodated my husband and I and she was very professional as well. I would definitely recommend any and everyone to, check this place out when it comes to all of your storage needs. I loved the hospitality upon entering the facility as we were offered a cold beverage and snack.\nI cannot leave out the great rate that we received and I also like the fact that there is 24 hour access, and the facility is very very clean.\nThank you so very much Ms. Kimberly for your superb customer service. "text": "Over the years I've had a good handful of different storage units from different storage facilities.. .This one being the only one that the day after signing the paperwork I received a phone call, just a simple courtesy call thanking me for my business, making sure that I was happy with everything and if I needed anything at all not to hesitate to let them know. I was actually pretty surprised to receive that phone call as I said the only place that's ever done that over the many many units I've had throughout my life. It's just the little things like that that seriously make such a difference, Also it doesn't hurt that they really do seem to be one of the cleaner, more upscale, and really just all around better if not best storage facilities around.",

I was in contact with Kimberly several times with my changing plans. Each time she was extremely helpful and patient! I was afraid that they might rent it based on my original move-out date. She told me I could keep the unit as long as I needed because they wouldn’t rent it until I was officially out. Thanks again, Kimberly.",

I have used the competition and there are many negatives/bad experiences that I could speak on but I rather give MS the stars.\nThe office staff were very professional and most importantly, the cleanliness and security of the storage. The use of their truck at no cost was an absolute bonus. The fact that you use numbers to enter vs carrying around an access card. The use of more than one elevator and entrance/exit was helpful. They even have a vending machine for folks who just need to quench their thirst or you have a hungry child/adult burning energy from moving all day. So thoughtful.\nThank you MS!!",

"text": "Short story - I had booked at Cubesmart up the road, movers showed up in an 18 wheeler un-communicated previously, and Cubesmart was unable to accommodate that large of a trailer on their property. So rather than pay $100 extra or more + take 3x as long to unload + the summer heat for 2 movers, we scrambled and called Morningstar.\n\nThey picked up immediately, and within 5 minutes had confirmation to come on over, can certainly accommodate the large trailer in their parking lot, and would be given a unit close to the elevator inside a temperature controlled building with the first month free. Completing the booking process even during Covid was as fast as it took the truck driver to park, and the associate even provided an extra mask when I left mine at home accidentally.\n\nWould definitely recommend.",

The facility is very clean & the whole process was very smooth. - *I still stand by this original review*\n\nOk so I definitely had a few issues during my time using this facility, BUT my concerns were handled in an extremely courteous & professional manner. Sometimes things happen, but what makes the difference in the outcome is how people treat you. When I had problems, Mike actually cared. He really went above & beyond to make up for the amount of inconvenience I experienced. He's a great employee, & honestly just a pretty good dude in general. Now that the elevators seem to be in good working order, I'd have no reason not to recommend this place. And definitely ask for Mike. He's awesome:)",

"text": "So I have had experience with several storage facilities, and extra space here has outdone them all. No hassle. If you need supplies at short notice, they have them on site available to purchase. Everything is explained up front, super simple. My husband and i got a unit a few months back and have enjoyed this facility so much that we ended up getting a second one during our move this week. Mike is awesome, and even brought us some nice cold bottled water while we were moving things in. Highly recommend this place, and especially with the temperature control environment, you can't go wrong. Thanks Mike!",
