I always felt secure in the facilities and the staff (especially Rodney) were always courteous, helpful and accommodating. The unit pricing is reasonable and their trunk rental is also extremely affordable compared to other truck rental services.\n\nRented from this Morningstar from June - December 2022 and it was a very awesome and pleasurable experience given my particular circumstances.\n\nAgain, HIGHLY recommend using this storage facility for your needs should they arise.",

"text": "I've had a unit here for about 6 months with no problems, and generally have been happy with my experience.\n\nPros: Storage here is cheaper than locations downtown, but still conveniently accessible near I-85 and Buford highway. The staff are kind and helpful. There's also a truck you can rent to move your stuff, though I haven't used this benefit.\n\nCons: Space is a little tight (awkward corners and no automatic doors). There is also limited parking near the loading area (gated area at the rear of the strip mall), so it can get a little hectic on weekends",

Around October 2017, Morningstar Storage took over the location. They added some speakers with music, which is a nice to have item, but more importantly, they added a dumpster. I have done business with this location for just over two years, and I am happy.",
