This morning I made a mess in front of my storage unit, broken glass, etc. I went back up to the office to let Laurin know what happened. Without a grimace or judgement, he came and helped clean up my mess. He was the same pleasant person he always is. Lauren’s positive attitude set the tone for the rest of my day. He reminded me that it was “just an accident “. What an awesome representative for your company!",

I pass a lot of storage places much closer to my home, but Derek makes this worth the extra drive. Great customer service.",

Flat bed dolly are even available for free to make your move easier! Rates are STABLE which is very important. No bait and switch here! Even the tennants are super nice. "text": "Morningstar Storage in Oviedo is by far one of the best storage companies. From the initial consult about unit size, pricing, and leasing to the actual move in date Derek and Tracy gave us an impeccable five star treatment. They even offered us to use the company truck that saved us money and made our move so much easier and super quick. I would also like to mention that the temperature at which they cool the facility is PERFECT. The units are spacious, super clean and so are the restrooms! Derek asked how long we would need to rent the unit for I responded \"We'll be here for a long time\". Morningstar is truly that extra garage we can all use and we highly recommend them for all your storage needs!!",

He explains the whole process, takes you on a tour, answers all questions and was even there to make sure we got moved in ok. The location is easy to get in and out of and love that they are a 24 hours facility. I can get in even if the front office is closed. Thank you Morningstar for your awesome customer service. "text": "Incredible facility with exceptional staff. Derek and Tracy were extremely welcoming and informative. They made you feel comfortable and were upfront about all of their fees and services. The facility was clean and felt safe. There were cameras and locks on all the doors and gates. Derek made sure we were comfortable with our pricing and was very accommodating and generous with us throughout the entire process. We were able to use their moving truck free for the first time and the facility has 24/7 access. Couldn't be happier with our first storage experience and I am certain it's all because of Derek and Tracy. I will definitely be recommending this facility to family and friends.",

"text": "Unsurprisingly, finding last minute storage options for a camper in Orlando and surrounding areas is not easy, so when we needed something within a couple days to make an impromptu drive north, we struggled. We called no less than 15 storage facilities that just could not accommodate our 23 ft camper for a few days. We spoke to Derek at Morningstar Storage early in the morning the day we needed to get headed north. He told us he didn't necessarily have the space for us, but if we were still struggling toward the end of the day to give him a call. We ended up calling back and he was able to make something work for us. The exceptional level of customer service and kindness Derek showed us will make us return customers. I absolutely recommend this facility as it's clean, accommodating, and secure.",

"text": "This storage facility is the best place I know I’ve ever been to. I’ve been using it for the last 5 years during college and in between moves so I’m somewhat “seasoned” with the process. Unlike any regular storage facility, this one on Red Bug Ln. has the absolute most amazing staff I’ve ever encountered. Derek, the property manager will never let you leave without a smile on your face. He is the most accommodating and helpful person I’ve met and seen. Best units, best prices hands down, and best amenities like free moving trucks and huge carts, but also the best people. I’d never go to another facility after encountering this one. Love this place!",

"text": "My experience with Morningstar Storage was absolutely delightful. We were not 100% committed to renting a unit when we went in, but by the end of our visit we were absolutely sold, without any part of the process ever feeling \"salesy\". Derek Babcock (property manager of our Oviedo location) was an absolute pleasure to work with. He has a welcoming and kind personality that made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. He took us on a tour to see the units and explained every last detail with complete transparency so we understood all obligations and fees associated with renting and would not be caught off guard later by a bunch of hidden fees that were never discussed. He did not pressure us to move forward, but rather led us to our decision that felt quite effortless. He explained that Morningstar as a company views their tenants as family, and he immediately made us feel part of that. The facility is extremely clean and easy to navigate with 24hr access and bathrooms on site. We were given free access to their moving truck for our first use and we moved our things in that evening. We rented an indoor 10x10 unit and cleanliness was absolutely the biggest factor for us so we are thrilled to be somewhere that is kept clean and smells nice. This facility is a place I definitely trust with my possessions and feel good about, and Derek is an absolutely gem of a person to run it. We are so happy to be part of the Morningstar Oviedo family, 10/10 recommend!",

"text": "I can't believe the amazing customer service and honest business practices Morningstar Storage in comparison to Public Storage. My experiences with Public Storage were horrific. I am so happy I found Morningstar. I called and spoke to Derek the manager and went right over and he showed me the units and all the perks that are above and beyond my expectations. Derek got my lock on the unit and set up the wifi for when I am there. Showed me everything. They even have a reasonable truck by the hour or day! Love them. Paid and set up on Autopay. No hassles. Also 12 mo no price increases. Hurry almost filled up!",

He’s honest and trustworthy with pricing and policies, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is running as it should.\n\nThis location is also in a great area, very secure, and well maintained.",

"text": "Wow! This place is the complete opposite of every storage company I have used. Derek and Marianne provide phenomenal, friendly customer service. I can’t explain it any other way, but I left feeling like a supported customer. The units and facilities are spotless. Love that there are convenient bathroom facilities, free carts to use, and 4 free hours with their moving truck. Rates are reasonable & competitive; all fees were disclosed up front. I have never walked out of a storage facility impressed and anxious to extend kudos for integrity, customer service, and compassion. So very glad I found Morningstar.",

Morningstar is not looking for you to store your things there forever, they are more than looking forward to the day you move out, for the happiness of you!! They are upfront & honest about pricing & do not have any hidden fees, which was a huge selling point for me. I would reccommend Morningstar Storage to anybody in the area who needs a home for their belongings!! I'd give them ten stars if I could :)",

Access to our storage unit is easy with available carts to transport our items in and out as needed, there are two roomy elevators and restrooms at our unit location for us to utilize without having to return to the main office. "text": "The best experience I have ever had with any business. From the first day I contacted the manager Derrick, he provided exceptional service with a thorough explanation of all of the costs and options that would be provided in order to rent a unit. He was open to negotiating prices and was extremely fair with the final price. The next day I met another worker who was also very kind and accommodating to my needs. The location looked in comparison to a 5 star hotel. I have never seen such an esthetically pleasing storage facility like this one. It is very clean, has art work on the walls, has a sitting area if needed, units are spacious and clean, and the elevators are enormous with high ceilings and great lighting.\nI would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone who desires all that I mentioned.",

"text": "Cleanest, nicest, and friendliest storage facility I've ever been to! Derek (the store manager) is truly wonderful. He answers all and any questions you could have and he makes sure you're completely satisfied with everything. I had the smallest unit which fit everything from 2 (small) college dorms! The facility was always well lit, clean, and had plenty of carts. The facility is close to UCF too. Although it's not the closest possible storage facility, I'd definitely say it's definitely the most worth it (considering unit price, staff, size, and overall facility). For sure recommend this Morningstar Storage. Thank you Derek for making everything go smoothly! You were the best!!",

The facility is clean and kept up. Derek was friendly with every person that was present and seemed to have a good relationship with all of them. He was funny and personable. I ended up getting a storage unit with them and Derek gave me a great deal. I highly recommend them!",

"text": "I have to say this Morningstar has made my moving experience excellent! I have nothing bad to say about the facility or staff. Upon booking my storage unit I was called for a confirmation and a breakdown of prices. Unfortunately I had to change the date that I needed the storage for, when I called them they changed the dates no problems. When arriving we were taken care of by Derrick who has excellent customer service skills and really made sure we had everything we needed. Not only is the storage facility very clean it also comes with a moving truck for the first move which was AMAZING. If you are looking for a clean safe moving facility this is DEFINITELY it.!!!\nThank you morning star !!!",
