I also loved that I could access my unit whenever I needed—it was super convenient.\nWhat really made the difference, though, was the outstanding customer service. Dawn and Judy were absolutely amazing. Anytime I needed anything, they were there right away and always went out of their way to help. It’s rare to find that level of care and dedication.\nHighly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and well-maintained storage facility!",

"text": "I’ve had my storage unit for 5 years now and from day 1 I have never had an issue. The property is maintained well and Dawn is very helpful. I moved to a smaller unit after my ex-husband moved his stuff out and she was very helpful finding a smaller unit on the same floor as my previous unit. Zero issues switching, no issues with payments. Only thing I don’t like is the price increase but that’s not managements fault, we’re in a time of inflation.",

"text": "These days it’s easy to become cynical and assume the worst. After all no company ever seems to be focused on customer service, but rather nickel and dime customers over every little thing. However, the service and care that was given to me at this storage facility from Dawn specifically totally met the mark in terms of what I would consider PERFECT customer service.\n\nI was relocating back to Tampa and due to construction delays I had to put my stuff in storage. I hadn’t ever had to do this before and everything was throughly and clearly explained to me. The place was new and convenient and available 24hrs which is what I was looking for.\n\nAs my home construction was completing, , after months of frustration living out of boxes and in spare rooms, I recognize that I became something of a difficult customer for a bit due to frustration and endless fees and deposits that started popping up everywhere. However, Dawn went above and beyond for me when she probably technically didn’t have to. It made me appreciate that there were real people operating this place and not some soulless corporation.\n\nIf I needed to have items in storage again, or if I knew someone was looking for a facility, I’d recommend Morningstar for sure.",

"text": "This company was referred to my husband and I by my parents who spoke so highly of their experience, we could not say no to trying it out for ourselves.\n\nIt is our first time using a storage unit and Dawn has made the process easy and efficient for us. She’s knowledgeable and able to accommodate our needs.\n\nThe units themselves are clean and very well maintained. The prices are competitive to other local storage unit facilities. We appreciated the deals they had running at the time of our purchase, especially being able to use the moving truck for no fee.\n\nAlthough it seemed a bit warmer to us, the facility is supposed to be air conditioned. It might have been because we were moving things around.\n\nOverall, our experience has been great and we will definitely be referring others!",

The facility is clean, affordable , safe, organized and in a great location. They even provide you with a nice moving truck, so you can save money on that as well. Heather is a person of her word, whatever she offers you, it goes, what a perfect way to deal with customers, they really make you feel at home, Easy access, perfect elevators, everything you need to make your annoying moving time pleasant, is there. There are no enough words to describe this place. I will highly recommend it to anyone.",

I love the setup of it has 24-hour access. They even have rental trucks for you to transport your stuff to and from it's amazing. I've Honestly have been with several different other companies, who I won't name the experience has been Horrible between rat feces and all those sort of things I've experienced with other companies.....Morningstar is extremely clean my belongings, even my most precious belongings are in the same condition. They were in when I first put them into storage and I've had the storage for several months now and no issues. They make it very easy and convenient to pay your bill online, which I absolutely love. My daughter paintings were stored there as well and no issues",

"text": "I have had the best experience using Morningstar the place is Big and clean and well lit its great for when I bring my stuff to my unit late at night since I cannot do it during the day because of work. The facility was very clean and secure; I felt very comfortable storing my things, thanks to the numerous locked doors and 24/7 security feed. The fact that the facility also offered a spacious moving truck for transporting my things really sold me. This place is definitely worth it.",
