We aren't facing a good situation right now and the customer service we received was on point. They have so many updated features and the place is immaculate from what we could tell. Even though you may pay a little more you feel so good about leaving your stuff here, and you can tell your money isn't going to waste. My favorite feature was the app where you can open your unit. No having to remember you keys each time or buy one of those stupid locks you'll never use again in life. LOL. John was the best.
