"text": "Don't use debit!! $15 is too much!\nI just saw the other review saying the 15 is just a hold. Then it will release depending on how long we used it. So I'm hopeful it will stop pending and be cheaper. Had me concerned for a min.\nMy husband used my debit card and they charged $15. He barley washed his truck. We had to hurry because our kid had to go find a bathroom. He quickly scrubbed and rinsed. Definitely not worth $15!\nThe 15 is pending so I hope it will release and not be as much. If it is then that crazy!",

She helped me with the units and she helped me when the vacuum at the car wash messed up on me. She was able to help me get my money back and pointed me in the direction of a working machine and made sure it worked. Also when I ran out of quarters she exchanged from her own wallet since the 1st machine ate my money. Very nice lady, I will be back solely because of April ❤️ thanks April❤️❤️❤️",

I spoke with Darlene over the phone, she's very helpful and kindhearted person. Answered all my questions and concerns without hesitation. You can tell she really knows the business. If she's not part owner she definitely deserves a raise, she Answered my call during her lunch break! Most would let it go to voice-mail and probably not bother to return the phone call.\n\nNot sure of the managers name but they were really nice and helpful as well.
