"text": "My dad just recently retired and moved up from to Lufkin from Houston, there was a lot of hoops to jump through without knowing exact dates, times ect. I called and spoke with Tabitha on the phone and she gave me the options as to what was available at the time even though he was not ready for the move at the time. She called me back at a later pre designated date and we were able to shuffle some things around and she was able to get him exactly what he needed…her patience and customer service was beyond explantation!! Highly recommended",

"text": "Rented a unit for one month. We needed a unit that could hold an entire four bedroom house worth of furniture and stuff. Some of the units are a little hard to get to due to the fence, causing you to not have a lot of space to turn with a trailer. Or not even a driveway at all… Besides that they were decent units for what they are and the staff was very helpful. We forgot to give notice that we were done with our unit, which was entirely my fault for not reading the fine print… but they were super accommodating and understanding. I’d rent from them.",

"text": "This place has on site management, fenced and good concrete drives. Also had locks available for purchase at time of rental. Tried to reserve a large unit but they wouldn't hold one for me for even a day. By the time I drove up with the largest uhaul, it wasn't available. Secondly, light inside unit didn't work even after changing the bulb. As unloading went into dusk, we realized the security lights were not on either, which suggests the power to unit light was off as well. Very disappointed that they give you a false sense of security.",
