I was desperately in need of a quick storage solution and had called several other places in town to get prices prior to calling My Garage Self Storage. I believe the managers name is Annie. First of all, she didn't sound miserable when she answered... that was an immediate plus! In our brief conversation she seemed genuinely interested in helping me. She got contact information, asked what and how much I was storing and made suggestions on the size unit I would need. She told me about her facility and EVEN gave me some packing tips! She informed me i could purchase supplies from her store as well. This manager knows her stuff. She was considerate, polite, and knowledgeable. The rodent issue seems to have calmed down. Just please keep up with the poison.  Other than the fact I probably could own 4 sheds by now, lol.
