"text": "This is a longer review but I’ve waited years to make it. I have had a storage unit here for almost 3 years. I needed a storage unit as I had just moved out on my own, was a young single mom, and needed to somewhere safe to store our keepsakes. Getting my unit was so fast and simple and Stacy helped me with everything. Over the course of 3 years I have, objectively, been what most businesses would consider a “risky customer”. The amount of times I had to call and tell Stacy I would be late is too many times to count. There have been many times where I had to pay two months of storage at once due to being behind on my bills. It felt like every month I was calling, which sometimes I was. Now sure, I was proactive in these calls and made them as soon as I was aware I would be behind, but either way I was still calling and being late. Every time I had to call I was prepared to be told I needed to empty my unit and move on due to being behind so often. Not once did I get told that. Stacy met me where I was at, she was understanding, she was kind, she was compassionate, and she never once made me feel worse than I already did. 3 years is a long time to deal with someone who was in my shoes, but Stacy did. A storage unit may not seem like a big deal to most people, which it’s not to most. But for people like me that didn’t have more than a bedroom to store your most important possessions, a storage unit is a godsend. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have a storage unit. Without Stacy, I would have lost every single keepsake/childhood memorabilia I own. To say Stacy is a walking angel is an understatement and I cannot thank her enough for being willing to work with me through some of the most challenging and chaotic years of my young adult life. To Stacy, thank you so much. Because of you my kiddo will get to see so many things I’ve kept throughout my life that would’ve been lost a long time ago. I’m more thankful for you than you will ever know.",

"text": "One of the best storage places in the Tri-Cities. Colin and his wife run a great business. He is always happy to help you, and his wife always greets you with a smile. This is a good family run business that in my opinion is one of the best ones in Eastern Washington. I don't give five star reviews very often, but Colin and his staff really deserve it.",

"text": "I have had two storage rooms here, rented a truck and rental equipment here. Collin, the manager, was great to work with. He worked to make things easier for us by rearranging our truck rental so we could pick up locally instead of having to pick it up further away even though the website wouldn't let us when we reserved. This required him going out of his way to call into the corporate headquarters. He helped arrange things so we wouldn't have to pay for another month for a second storage shed when we consolidated into a larger shed. He was flexible when things went wrong and the truck keys were returned after hours by the moving helpers before we had gassed and swept the truck and allowed us to come in the next morning to take care of it. Really just went out of his way to provide great customer service and make things run smoothly during an otherwise busy and stressful time during a move and saved us time and money. Will definitely be coming back to rent again when we move in a few months!",
