"text": "Safe, convenient, clean, professional\n\nWhen I first needed storage space 4 years ago, I did quite a bit of research in the Roseville, Loomis areas. I was looking for a 10x15 space, air conditioned, convenient hours, in a business/residential environment (not too industrial, isolated). DR Storage was certainly all of that.\n\nIt's near a popular intersection across from a Safeway. Inside it's spotless. Convenient hours, with really helpful managers on site.\n\nOne time I lost my key. And the manager was able to get someone within 30 minutes to cut the lock and gave me a new one. Recently I needed a second unit and had some questions, my call was returned within minutes, and we were able to quickly take care of everything over the phone (with Amelia, Ernie). Every interaction here is just very smooth and professional.\n\nI rarely write online reviews, but feel like this place is that good, deserving to be highly recommended.",

"text": "To be honest, in most ways DR Storage is no different than the other countless storage businesses. Closed camera surveillance, competitive pricing, etc....what sets them apart for me is when I have to deal with the office. The manager there, Amelia (sp?), who set up my contract, is phenomenal. She's polite, customer-centered and very good at her job. I've used other units in the past where this was NOT the case. And, believe me, when you have a question or issue, you want someone who cares and is competent! You get that in spades with Amelia!! That's why I'm there.",

There is great air conditioning & bathrooms and drinking fountains. There are also flat carts for hauling big items or multiple items at a time. You get to pick your own code to get in as well, which is great so you don’t have to remember a code that was given to you. Overall great experience!",

After posting my review, I received a call from the manager and she explained that an angry customer had stolen all the carts the night before and that the person in the office that day was not aware of that fact. I returned to the storage facility a couple of days later and DR had bought new carts for everyone to use. It appears that everything is operating smoothly again. While it was very frustrating for a couple of days not to be able to move things in or out, the explanation is reasonable and DR did what they could do quickly to remedy the situation.",

I initially chose them because of the climate control and location (so my things don’t melt) and it’s always a comfortable temperature. The building is new and clean. I’ve always felt safe there because they have cameras everywhere. Also you have to have your own code to enter the building which also disarms your individual unit(s).\n\nFantastic place!
