"reply": "Hi Sarah,
Thank you so much for your feedback—we’re glad to hear your overall experience was positive!
We’d love to clarify a couple of the points you mentioned. Our Good, Better, Best pricing options are designed to give customers flexibility based on the location and accessibility of the unit. For example, units that are closer to the gate or office, or are drive-up for easy loading and unloading, are often considered more convenient and therefore priced slightly higher.
As for the protection plans—we offer tiered coverage because different customers have different needs. Some people are storing higher-value items and prefer a higher level of protection, while others are storing items that may not require it. By offering multiple coverage levels, customers only pay for what makes sense for them.
We truly appreciate your business and your input—it helps us continue to improve! If you ever have questions about any of our options, our team is always happy to walk you through them. You can contact me by email at hayley@purelystorage.com",

Although I think they should stay open a little later only because of people’s work schedules in this area. Office staff is pretty much always there if you need assistance during normal work hours of course. Prices are reasonable if compared to other properties. You won’t regret renting here!",
