"text": "EDIT: 05/31/25. 3 years I had a unit, a unit I rented and then moved to Oklahoma , leaving sentimental memories in the unit. I wasn’t the perfect person when it came to on time payments and I stressed quite a bit. … I was always treated with respect and understanding through my tough financial times, the trust and understanding I received is immeasurable. Deana was absolutely AMAZING through the entire three years, made me absolutely thankful I chose this place to rent a unit. Words cannot describe how happy I was that I stored my property here. I recently closed out the unit and got to meet the wonderful soul that cares for the customers in that place, I was sad to know, I would never get to interact with such an incredible person ever again. This is the place you want to leave your things (don’t be a jerk, and always communicate) they will treat you like a human and not a dollar sign!\n\n(Original post)\nlove this place for one reason! Their customer service and the voice on the phone. Stressful times put us behind sometimes and most places will treat you like a commodity . Deana has always he made it a pleasant experience, if I’m just paying or I become long winded and jibber jabber she is always pleasant and a pleasure to speak with , she has made it worth storing my stuff there. She is a treasure that should be cherished in 2024!",

She could not have been more efficient, friendly, warm, helpful and an absolute pleasure to work with!!! We were signed up quickly and seamlessly and then Felicia escorted us to our unit. The grounds were meticulously cared for and it is the prettiest and cleanest facility you will see. Purely Storage is top-notch and their staff is even better!!! "text": "I have been renting a Unit from Purely Storage in Delhi California for six years. The storage yard is always clean, safe, and accessible. Over that time there have been a few instances where the staff have gone above and beyond for me as a customer. The latest incident has prompted me to write this review. Purely Storage has recently updated their online customer interface. Using the online payment for the first time with the new system I wasn’t paying attention and thought that my payment was not going through. I inadvertently and quite accidentally paid three times. For a total of six months of payments made within a few minutes. I can’t tell you how extremely surprised I was to get a call immediately from the manager Deana Casey. Not only does she remember who I am as a customer there but she called to alert me to the fact that She noticed that I had made these back to back payments And was calling me to make sure that it wasn’t a mistake, and was even willing to Help me fix the issue. That one call proved to me that Purely Storage really cares about me as a customer! That they have an excellent team working that location. Thank you!",

"text": "I looked at several different storage facilities, a couple in Delhi and all the ones in Turlock. I finally decided this place will be the one for my storage needs. I really like that it's located in a quiet little area right off the freeway, it's gated and also has 24 hour surveillance cameras which gives me piece of mind knowing my valuables are safe. They also have an office on-site with employees there to assist you 7 days a week for most of the day. Not only that but I was impressed by how clean and how well they maintain their facility. Above all that, the lady named Tina who works there provided me with great customer service and was so patient and took the time to answer all my questions. The customer service is what really sets this place apart from the other storages I looked at. Thank you Tina and you can count on seeing me soon!!!",
