Also that it has amenities like the competitively priced gas bottle refills it offers among others, and yes - the competitive unit pricing... but MOSTLY because I have found the staff to be truly amazing. In my experience they calmly take time to pay realistic attention to each customer in turn, (yes; sometimes this means I have to wait patiently for my turn... and that it can take a little while) and I have experienced a few times where they have worked --not insignificantly -- to solve a quirk or problem that came up.\nObviously; all of us have our limits and off-days, and also; some problems can't be solved or are beyond the scope of what is being offered here; so I make no promises on their behalf. However, I can say that what I have encountered feels something like a relationship that is truly worth looking after. I have experienced them bringing a welcome personal touch to an industry that is ever-more automated and becoming a self-serve consumer experience. I gladly take my storage-needs business to them first.
