Mindi was very patient and friendly with my many questions and concerns. I also appreciated the fact that the notes she left for replacement the next day already knew what I needed which made the process that much more seamless. Amanda was also friendly and informative regarding our rental and how we go about handling my situation. Needless to say, the staff here was worth every star! I just wish workers everywhere else would have the same positive attitudes. Life's too short to be angry all the time for no reason... lol",

We were in the facility when they built the covered parking and were one of the firsts to park it it. "text": "I most definitely recommend this storage, it’s not often you find customer service that is satisfying. The young lady Ashley not only gave me great information but also gave me suggestions to help me make a better decision on choosing what will work better for me space wise and price. I love when I consumer goes above and beyond to help the customer. If you need help on deciding or getting more knowledge I would recommend u ask for Ashley she had no problem doing her job with a great attitude. A person like that deserves a great review!",
