"text": "I recently rented a spot for my RV at Purely Storage. I’ve never rented storage in my life, and I think for a lot of us, needing storage usually means we’re in some kind of transition or dealing with circumstances that aren’t exactly ideal.\n\nThat’s why having someone like Ralph behind the counter made such a difference. He wasn’t just cordial or professional—he was genuinely friendly, kind, and full of light. He made what could have been just another stressful errand feel welcoming and surprisingly pleasant.\n\nSometimes it’s the person you encounter during a difficult or transitional season who makes the biggest impression. Ralph certainly did that for me. Purely Storage is fortunate to have him!",

I did not know what was a fair price, what rules there were, how to do it, etc. I called purely storage to reserve a unit because the price was good. Better than others I had check on. Mike called me back to verify my reservation. He was very calm and patient with me. He made sure I understood what I was signing and took time with me.\n\nThe primary reason I went with purely storage was the trust Mike made me feel. I knew what I needed to do and also knew if I needed help, he would help me.\n\nMike really impressed me with his professional attitude and his knowledge. A big thank you to Nike",

"text": "My first time renting a storage unit. The woman (sadly I can't remember her name 🥲) who set me up was very nice, and she helped me figure out what size unit I needed and everything. They also have active security service as well, which makes me feel better. Of course I know this only because I accidently got locked in one day and security had to come and get me out 😆 so I know even if someone gets in its gonna be hard to get out with anything. 10/10 would definitely recommend.",

The manager, Alicia, was so helpful and went out of her way to make things easier. I can’t say enough good things about the facility and the people that work there. Not only are the staff very easy to get along with and more than willing to work with you on late payments, but their pricing is more then reasonable and below industry standards. The staff never made me feel like they simply wanted my money and treated me more as if I was a friend or family member who they were willing to help in any way that the could. I would recommend this facility over and over again and i couldnt be happier i made the decision to keep my belongings which are very important to me here where i know they are safe!!!",

"text": "I rent a unit there and have never had any problems with Alicia or any of the tenence there their always so nice and friendly. When I go there to my unit for what ever reason it may be she always comes out of the office and says hey lol she's good people. I have read some of the reviews that have been posted and there were a few of them that made it sound like it was a bad place to rent from when its not. I have rented a unit from other storages in town and I never got friendly service like I do with Alicia. If u happen to get in a jam and r unable to make a payment that month Alicia will work with you until u can pay it unlike all the other storages that will not u don't pay when he suppose to to bad u lost it. Alicia runs a tight ship you will follow the rules and for anyone who goes on the property that has no reason to be on it yeah she'll let u know about it and tell u to leave and there's nothing wrong with that cuz she's looking out for your units. Anyway I would recommend renting there cuz it's all good",
