This place is the best and safest place ive been so far.\n\nThe good,\nVery clean place, they provide plenty of carts, elevators are very nice, they can fit 2 carts and has stair access too, the employees are very plesant and have storage units here as well so they are just as invested in keeping this place safe I'd imagine. It is family/veteran? Owned i think, definitely not corporate. I have a 10 × 10 and got a good online deal that will last a couple on months and after that I do believe the price will still be fair.\n\nThe bad,\nI dont have anything to complain about so far, Just know there is the storage unit price and you have to have insurance as well. The one they provide is $12 at the cheapest and goes up from there. I originally just planned to store materials for an annual event here, but soon found this place to be like my garage on the way to the mountains. The location is great, right off i-70 and not far from 470/6th ave, so it's a quick stop on my way to adventures. The facility is really nice too, always well climate controlled, clean, and things working properly. There's PLENTY of carts available, and it's an honors system not a \"give your ID to the office that's closed\" situation, which is really essential and better than my other storage experiences. I will be keeping my unit here for a long time! There's not too many units obviously open/available, so if you can get in one, do it! Our goal isn’t to replace your State Farm policy, but to offer supplemental coverage through Bader that’s designed specifically for self-storage. Many tenants choose to keep their personal insurance and carry Bader because the two cover different things and can work together.

Christian Perkins, the manager was professional, courteous, and very helpful. I was concerned about the ease of storing inside a facility but after we were given a tour it is easily as accessible as a drive up unit. The prices are comparable to other area storage facilities but this facility is much cleaner and best of all climate controlled, which is something the others do not offer.
