April, the girl at the counter, was incredibly friendly, helpful and patient. She smiled and chatted as she went EFFICIENTLY about her job. She went out of her way to help put me in another rental every time the mechanic failed to finish working on my service van. She helped me manage all the reciepts I accrued over that month.
