"text": "I have been storing our RV at this Rifle storage facility for several years, but could not be more pleased since Right Move Storage took over and hired Steve Hodges as Manager. Not only is Steve a really nice guy, he has gone above and beyond any previous managers to help us with our storage needs. When we first used the new gate monitoring system, we were having problems getting it to work. Steve saw what was happening, and walked right over to us to make sure we knew how to enter our new code correctly. Also, when we changed spots from the old lot into the very nice new lot, we encountered a billing issue that needed the owner's approval, and Steve immediately contacted the owners to resolve it. So, when you're looking for a clean, safe facility to store your RV or household items, let Steve help you make your 'right move to Right Move Storage. - Jackie D.",

"text": "Keisha was amazing! We had many difficulties with the customer service center in Denver. I scheduled a Uhaul in my town a month ahead of time for them to only call me 3 days before we moved to tell me that I could not pick it up the day I scheduled. First of all, I should not be able to schedule a truck online if the actual office is closed that day. Second of all, they should have called me sooner so we could work something out and or we could take off work. They ended up telling me I could pick it up 30 miles away at Keisha’s location on the day I originally scheduled. We showed up on our pickup day and the location was closed. Keisha was kind enough to get out of bed, pajamas and all, and let us take a truck. She went above and beyond to help us out of a situation that could have well been avoided if uhaul had any idea what they were doing. Her actions showed true customer service and we are grateful for her help.",
