She stayed open 30 minutes past closing time on a Friday night to rent me a unit and help me out of a bind!  Then she kept the gate open late for me to get all my stored items into the unit that same day!  She has old school customer service skills that you rarely see any more and I greatly appreciated, being old school myself!  The storage unit itself is basic but fine save for the fact that there are no lights inside the storage unit.  The hallway lights help but  it much!  All in all this is Kathy’s place and she runs it like it’s her personal home and the customers are her family.
