He gave me a tour, explained everything in the agreement without making it feel overwhelming, and even took the time to show me how to use the mobile app. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he made sure I understood everything before I left. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and he definitely went above and beyond. Thank you, Mr. William, for making this such a smooth and stress free experience!",

And I've been in and out of the property now moving my things in and one thing I like about it, I'm not looking for my keys in order to get in the door or my unit it all opens right from my phone. And that if for any reason I can't get in the manager William knows how to fix the problem and that he keeps the place clean. This is the best storage unit and facility I have ever rented at. The day I started putting my things into my unit, the manager William was in the unit right next to mine wiping down the walls. He told me he does this to all the units when someone moves out, so the next person has a clean unit. Awesome place.",

I traveled for work out of state so to contact anyone over the phone was pointless & the price for a 10x10 was ridiculous! Crazy! Outrageous! I have a 10x15 here with Mr William & its way more affordable, I'm so grateful to have came across Texan Storage!",

"text": "Incredible new storage. We just rented a unit and it's so nice and clean. Everything is controlled by your app on your phone. You don't need a lock or a key. Access to building and your unit is with your phone. Their prices were lower than any place in the area and they are offering 1 month free. The place is very safe and secure with alarm and cameras. The employee William was very helpful . They also offer UHaul truck rentals. Would highly recommend this place!!!",
