"text": "I would never have thought this storage facility would be so accommodating! Eric was helpful from the time I walked in then made sure I had what I needed while moving some boxes in..... I would say yes to using them. We got a 20x10 for a very very reasonable price! Very clean no issues..",

"text": "Storage star has been my storage for at least 2 years , always clean the staff manage always been nice and respectful willing to help in any way . I recently had take trip out town made it to physility late I really needed get a box from my trailer called the number and within min the manger came out to let me in getting me with a smile and kindness. To top it off left and left my phone in my trailer after using it for light. To have to return in distress thinking he would not come back out honk my horn twice and to my surprise he appeared at the gate with a laugh and a smile. Telling me no worries let me right back in to grab my phone . I would recommend Storage star if you looking for nice friendly staff willing help and cleanliness .",

"text": "I've stored almost new furniture in a climate controlled unit and garage/workshop tools, hardware & lumber in an outdoor unit at Storage Star for over 2 years. Their location and access in/out has been great for the many times I needed to get to the outdoor unit. I've used the other national storage companies such as Public and Extra Space, which were not as easy-to-use (narrow passages for having a trailer) and would raise rates too frequently. Storage Star was always clean and the surrounding landscape was always maintained. The on-site managers were very friendly and helpful.\nSecurity cameras were prevalent and the vehicles/trailers parked on the lots were definitely not junk like I've encountered at other storage companies. I highly recommend Storage Star for safely storing your items for a very reasonable rate.",

I changed from a very large unit to moderate size after about a year. Every interaction I had with the employees was pleasant and efficient. Never an issue with site or gate. "text": "I've been renting here since 2010, so I've been through a few owners and property managers in 12 years. Patricia has been the most helpful manager of all. Whenever I have an issue or concern with one of my units she promptly addresses them and makes sure my rental experience goes as smoothly as possible. I really appreciate how she has gotten the property squared away and looking cleaned up and well maintained and how she stays on top of keeping it that way. Hopefully she'll be around for years to come.",

Not fancy, but impeccably maintained and reasonably priced, which is exactly what I was looking for. I have climate controlled units and I'm never concerned about my things. Units are always clean and bug free.\nOutstanding customer service. Derek and Lucy have always gone above and beyond to help out in any way they can. That's hard to find these days!",

"text": "1st a little backstory..... I have had to use storage units for has long as I can remember. The Wife and I have had a unit here for probably around 4 years and today is move out day.\nOn to review.... Everyone here is top notch, couldn't ask for a nicer group of people. Prices here are fair, and they watch over the place really well. My only complaint is there access gate time, 9pm seems a little early to lock gate. With that being saidthere's probably really no reason you should be in a storage unit past 9 anyway but it happens but they're pretty good at working with you if you're going to be past 9. So kudos to the the Staff at StorQuest Self Storage for having such a nice establishment. 👍👍👍",

I appreciated the customer service with a smile and the ability to get me set up quickly since I had another appointment to go to after that. The facility is clean, well maintained and secure. For security reasons I always will use a storage facility that has manager living on site. This is one that meets my requirement. Maneuvering my big truck with a 20 foot trailer was no problem. Overall friendly service. Great Job!",

Derek left me a message saying they listened to the initial phone call & would honor the lower price & I must say that was awesome cause y’all didn’t just say too bad so sad instead u honored your word. thank u very much looking forward to a great relationship",
