"text": "Janelle is the only reason I stayed as long as I did.. she is amazing and help me more and better than any other employee that has been there in my 5 year stay. The only reason I left is it was way over priced. But Janelle is amazing!! I stayed an extra year because she was super helpful",

Then the 2nd unit I finally got it cleaned out. And before I got back to sleepy and tell them I was out, they had already taken care of the unit and took it off monthly bill. One of the units was hard to lift open, I mentioned to staff and the next time I was there the door had been fixed. All Great remarks nothing BAD",

"text": "We moved here in a hurry from Roseville, Ca. & I looked for a local storage facility close to where we finally found a house. We have been customers for 7-8 yrs, because our house does not have a garage. It was converted to 2 bdrms for our children. A couple of months ago, we thought we were going to have to clear the whole unit out and get rid of everything due to unforseen employment issues. Heather & Janelle suggested purging out the unit and downsizing to a much smaller unit that would be financially more accessible. We were a little worried because we went from a 4 bdrm, 2 bath, 2 car garage in Roseville to a 3 bdrm, 1 bath, no garage in Yuba City. At the time, everyone was buying homes with cash to flip them. Janelle said she could make the move as painless as possible, helping locate a smaller unit close to ours so we wouldn't have to walk around the whole facility moving our furniture. I want to say something. Any time you have to do something you don't really want to do, you're usually in the wrong mindset. My son and I were on board, my wife & daughter not so much, till they saw how close Janelle was able to get us a smaller unit, in relation to our almost biggest unit that they offer. That made the move a piece of cake, allowing us to go through all of our stuff and sell, donate, or throw away all the stuff we didn't want to keep in our unit. We now know exactly what is in that smaller unit, and I will tell you something. When we went through our old unit, there were no spiders, no rats or mice, and no water damage from the walls, floor, or ceiling. After almost eight years, everything in our unit was perfectly fine! I park my Harley in the driveway, in an 8 X 12 plastic Sam's Club shed, my makeshift garage, and I can't keep the black widows out of that thing! They really take care of this facility. They just recently painted it, including brand new numbers above the unit doors. Put a really extensive set of camera systems in the place and a fully brand new digital electronic keyboard for entering and exiting the facility. They are open from seven in the morning until seven at night, including weekends, and the place is spotless. I can not give a stronger recommendation. I checked multiple other facilities, and even have friends that I ride with that have stuff in 3 other facilities, and they are nowhere near as clean, secure, and nice as this facility. If you are thinking about storing your personal stuff somewhere safe, this would be the place. If you choose to go somewhere else, that's on you. I can guarantee you there is not another local place as good as this one. Take this with a grain of salt. You choose what you choose, but you also get what you get. Although I don't remember her name, I apologize sincerely, she was and is very professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I saw immediate changes for the better. "text": "For the benefits of both my fellow consumer as well as Storage Star, I will try to be as honest and fair as possible.\n\nAs everyone doesn't use storage for the same reasons, my likes and dislikes might be tailored to my needs and reading between the lines is advisable.\n\nThe staff I have had occassion to deal with couldn't be more pleasant, attentive or generally well trained.\n\nSome actions taken by staff which I would have to believe were decided at the Corporate level seem to indicate, indeed, a refreshing committment to tenants not often seen today when greed and price-gouging are commonplace.\n\nRents are very fair. Security is taken seriously.\nThe facility is clean and modern and in a very convenient location on a major highway close to commerce.\n\nI don't know what else one might want in a storage facility but Storage Star, imo, checks all the boxes and then some.\n\nDefinitely recommend.",

"text": "Storage units are pretty simple. Hold my stuff and keep it safe. They do a great job of this. They have insurance and cameras and a gate with a key pad. Down side? The hours are 7am to 7pm. I wish they stayed open later since I often getoff work after they close and have to wait to get the stuff i want. That is a very little inconvenience though, so i give them 4 stars",
