The family is lock down and is safer than a bank. Not only that but the shift mannager is always willing to go above and beyond for the customer. "text": "My review for storage star on 10th st Modesto ca is absolutely 5 stars if I could give more stars absolutely I had a issue that almost caused me to pay for accidently stay past closing penalty fee but I talked to a young lady that works there and her name is SHAY MITCHELL she listened to my issue full and worked out my issue I had quick and understanding she was great she explain clearly she was patient with me and she listened to my whole explanation I no acting like it she listened to everything she even helped me by taking away not half the fee but all of it which 75 dollars is quite a bit she dropped it from 75 to ZERO the best out of all the employees definitely AAAAAAAAAAA+++++++±++±+±± SHES GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES THANK YOU SHAY MITCHELL!!!!!!!!!",

Awesome representative (Nashayla) on site that is helpful and very knowledgeable. Grounds are clean and well kept. The price is a great value. Its been awhile since I felt good about paying for something. The value never seems to meet the price theses days. "text": "The management is very sweet and always greets my girlfriend and I with a smile. They are always willing to help even when stuff happens good or bad. Its really a big change from the previous management team, before Storage Star took over. The 7am-7pm daily access is very nice too. The units are indoors and temperature controlled during the hot and cold months. I have even heard that a member of the management staff has gone out of her way to get certified to drill locks for tenants whom have lost their keys. They are willing to give ice cold water to tenants as well.",

"text": "My wife and I visited this establishment after a really bad experience at our old storage basically we stayed there for 2 months because at the time my wife was pregnant and sensitive to smell cleanliness and motion so that place didn’t work but this current location we now rent with during the last few months of pregnancy my wife felt safe to go alone and had little to no issues every time she also stated the employee Nashayla would help her when I wasn’t able 5 stars for customer service and another for the way the facility is being ran.",

"text": "So I got a storage unit here after shopping around they offered the best price for the size I needed. When I pulled up one of the 1st things I noticed was how secure it was. There is NO way anyone could break in! Then I went in and I was greatest by 2 of the nicest girls, I wish I had there name (one was pregnant and just had her baby this month) they both were so helpful and professional. They had no problem explaining anything I needed to know. They had smiles on their faces the whole time and just were extremely helpful. The office is clean and well-kept. The units are extremely clean and well-kept, with air conditioning so you don't have to sweat when in your storage unit. I recommend this place to anyone that's looking for a place where you can walk in feel safe and like family. Not to mention they offer FedEx services, postal services, UPS, PO boxes, copies, printing. They do little bit of everything there it's a One-Stop shop and I recommend this place to anybody looking for a quality storage unit for a great price!\nTHANK YOU DOWNTOWN STORE",

"text": "This is just a fantastic storage facility. The staff are truely excellent. I have always gotten first rate service and attention. They frequently bend over backwards to make sure I am happy and well taken care of. The mailbox service is of tremendous value. My packages are kept secure and they even call me sometimes when I forget to come in to pick them up. The storage units are great. Kept under air-conditioning and unlike so many storage places, I never have to worry about flooding with a unit on one of the above ground storage spaces. Prices are very reasonable too!",

"text": "Clean and new with great gate hours and the staff said that they'll be bringing in a printing/copying, pack and ship to the location along with mail box rentals that you can have a real street address. What I haven't seen yet in anyone's reviews is one of the best features of this self storage place, the CLIMATE CONTROL units are a MUST!! With the weather in Modesto, you totally know that it can be fickle! When you have your things stored (some of our stuff is very precious to us) with other self storage facilities that don't have climate control, you get what you get and usually it's either moldy or your things are all dried out if you store them for any length of time. So, just saying, that this was an important feature in renting a unit here, and the climate control really makes a huge difference. Great location too, and close to college.",
