Adding the insurance through them was also quick and quite affordable. I recommend that location or any location Elisha is helping with.\n\nStarted with 1 10x20 and added 2 more 10x10 over the next week. Quick and easy.",

"text": "I’ve had items stored at this facility for about seven years and came in to clear out things I was sure to no longer need. The facility is always clean and well maintained when I visit and the climate control has been consistent for literally years. This trip turned into a bit of an adventure when my old lock was completely jammed. Even after trying WD-40, it wouldn't budge.\n\nThat’s when Steven and Alicia stepped in and really went above and beyond. Steven sprung into action, immediately jumping on his golf cart to get to my unit to investigate. Once he determined that the lock was truly stuck, he fetched a tool bag and carefully grinded it off—sparks flying and all—and then replaced it with a new lock. He and Alicia then teamed up to make sure the door’s hasp worked smoothly afterward. Both of them explained everything that they were doing with kind, confident competence. Thanks to their help, I got everything done that I’d planned to do with only a slight delay. Huge shoutout to Steven and Alicia for their friendly, prompt assistance and storage unit skills!",

I did get a refund, but they wouldn't put it on my card it went to the unit, but no point because it was my last month there so that is sketchy. I was also a tenant for a while. I had automatic payments the whole time and never had issues. I would still recommend this storage to anyone looking for clean storage units.",

The lady who called me from Alaska (I'm in Texas) was super helpful in fixing my reservation. Then Elisha from Pond Spring was a joy to work with while setting me up with my storage. I appreciate their kindness as moving is difficult enough. The facility is clean I will use them again if needed. Also, the prices are great!!",

"text": "I've had to rent storage on several occasions over the 18 years that I lived in Austin and I have found their facilities clean and well maintained. The staff is always friendly and quick to help if there is ever a problem. If I ever move back to Austin and need extra storage they will the first one that I call.",
