Dan Weisman Who was working at the front desk was amazing at making my experience the best. Answered all of my questions, was very accurate and polite, and very fun to talk to. "text": "On site personal/management- lower rates and my unit was MUCH cleaner than All purpose storage (where I left) in town! After multiple HORRIBLE experiences with All Purpose, Extra Space Storage saved the day! Dan was super helpful/friendly and made the renting/move in process SO easy! My experiences so far with Extra Space Storage have been flawless- so seamless and easy. The way storage rental should be! Definitely give them a call before renting elsewhere, I wish I had moved sooner!!",

Could you explain why it does not state on your web site if not picked at time off purchase it can’t be added later. Gate codes all new cameras and forced insurance but limited access. I get out of work at 11 pm but couldn’t access til 6am unless I paid full price for 2 nd unit.",

I just closed one. A few years back I was notified that one of the units had the lock on but the slide wasn’t pushed in so it was actually not secured. Therefore anyone could have accessed the unit. We were very grateful for the staff service alerting us.",

"text": "I have had nothing but an all around great experience with this company.\nStarted at the Berwick location and the manager there was more than happy to help with any questions and friendly during every encounter. Even moving from the Berwick location to the Sanford location was a breeze. The staff at the Sanford location have been just as great as Berwick. Even when I used a dumpster I wasn't supposed to by mistake and went in to ask if it was ok the employee was very kind in explaining to me that wasn't for customer use.\nwhen the rates went up and I was a bit confused as to why the manager there was more than happy to explain the differences from seasonal rates to me, help get my rate lowered and credited my account for this past months payment.\nI have never experienced customer service to this level and will be sticking with this company. Thank you all so much for making this experience an Easy one !",

Extremely helpful, we were just discussing my options to either empty the unit or at least down grade. I recommend Extra space storage to anyone needing space for their items. I'm impressed how they maintain the property especially in the winter.",
