"text": "FINALLY A STORAGE FACILITY THAT ACTUALLY CARES! I’ve had experience with many storage facilities and they were all negative! Especially the last one! They wouldn’t even “pro-rate” us to pay for only the last 5 days when we moved out! Instead they charged a whole months rent - for only 5 days! But this facility is different! They not only pro rated, only charging us for the days we would be occupying the space! Their prices are a fraction of what these other places charge! We got 50% off the first 3 mos! A new lock! And they explained to us that if /when the rates increase and we cannot afford it - to please let them know and they will work with us to come up with a financial payment plan that works for us! They want to keep customers , not throw them out when they cannot afford the rent! That’s refreshing! Not only does my stuff feel safe here, but I feel safe here! I feel like storing my things here is a dual partnership, not some slum lord trying to squeeze every penny out of me - and killing me in the process! I highly recommend this facility! They are very nice, kind, easy to work with, make everything as simple and quick as possible! This is an easy 5 STARS! ***** Bring your stuff down here to store it! You’ll be glad that you did!",

I never had a problem getting in and out of the building and gates area and office staff were friendly and always super helpful when I popped in for any questions. Would recommend them to anyone looking for space.",

This started with the representative, Jackie Taylor who was knowledgeable, professional and familiar with our needs. When I walked into the office, the first person that I saw was a woman named Melissa, and, I gotta say, she was one of the warmest and most humorous people ive met at a storage unite place. I've been in customer service for 35 years in total, and, when I think of great customer service from now on, I will see Melissas smiling face.\n\nThank you Storage Star, for employing such awesome people!",

Been a customer for 3 years, and every single interaction has been positive. They have gone above and beyond to assist me whenever I've needed help. Always prompt, friendly, and willing to assist. They also offer military discount!\n\nAlways clean and well-maintained. Never had an issue with security. Gate operates smoothly, and if there’s ever a problem (like a light going out in a unit), they’re quick to fix it. Sturdy locks and other quality supplies are sold in the office at a great price.\n\nIt’s clear that the staff truly cares, and it shows in the level of service they provide. This place has made my storage experience stress-free and pleasant. Such a weight lifted off my shoulders!",

"text": "The people that run this facility are awesome! We firstly went to check out the unit and facility. I use a cane when I walk so we were driven, in a golf cart, as close as he could get to the unit and back. The rental process was painless and quick. We were offered something to drink (of course-non alcoholic). The facility is spotless! Great care is taken to keep the place as pristine as a storage facility can be. I would highly recommend Vacaville to anyone!",

Even helping with cleanup in front of my unit. I will only come here because the customer service is phenomenal. He goes above and beyond that's for sure.",

"text": "We had a storage unit here for two years and never had any trouble. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, property was well kept, and carts were always available for heavy items. They have great deals for new customers and very reasonable prices. We recently moved to a much larger place and no longer had a need for extra storage. Amanda was very nice and made move out simple. Would recommend Star Storage for anyone who is looking into a storage unit.",

The units are clean and easily accessible, hallways and elevators are big and everything is as advertised or better. My climate controlled unit was absolutely perfect.\nThe customer service is excellent and in a time where every company tries to screw you with crazy contracts that lock you in for months after you leave it's nice to work with a company that doesn't do that! Plus they offer a discount for military members which is a nice bonus.",

The unit was on the outside so I was expecting it to be roasting inside. To my surprised it was nice and cool and I found out the unit was climate controlled, SCORE!!. Piano stored and unit transferred with no issue. Thanks to Annette we are very satisfied customers.",

We were needing a storage unit and unfortunately, could not find availability in the size we needed and within our budget.\n\nI decided to call and give this place a try. I was hesitant at first because the only photo available on Google maps is a house for some weird reason.\n\nAnyway, the first time I spoke with Richard, I knew I had made a good decision. He is super nice and beyond helpful. He remembers you, follows through with everything he says he is going to do, and is just very informative.\n\nYeah, this place is in a weird spot because we couldn't find it to begin with. Google or whoever. Let's fix that. If you are needing a storage unit, please consider this place. The units and buildings are very clean, there is a freight elevator and even dollies to transport your things as well. They are in a transition of names/companies but I couldn't recommend them anymore! Or Richard!",

"text": "This is one of the few places I've dealt with that really understand the concept of customer service. Tracie and Don have been nothing but\nhelpful, informative, courteous. This is my second stint with them after having moved my things out a couple years ago. They were the first place I thought of when I needed to store my things again. It's rare that I would give anyone five stars but I gladly do it for them.\nUnits are clean. I never had any problems with theft, break-ins, etc., nor have i heard of any. You always have a choice who you use and I think this facility is a great choice.",

"text": "Friendly service, great location, and great rates. Don is very helpful and accommodating. I feel comfortable leaving our \"stuff\" here.\n\nUpdate: It's been about a year since I've rented my unit from Don and Tracy, and I just can't say enough good things about them. I have talked to Tracy several times on the phone, but just met her last week while moving more \"stuff\" in and out of the storage unit. She is so nice you wonder how it's possible to maintain such a great disposition and yet still deal with the public. I guess when you're married to a fellow Jarhead it pays to \"accentuate the positive!\" All kidding aside, Don is great too. In fact, tomorrow he's going to be helping my boys extricate themselves \"bonehead\" situation they got themselves into. Thanks Don!",
