Management over all is great to work with and listens to your needs and concerns. Very affordable and easy online set up. They can store anything of any size here as well!",

"text": "HIGHLY RECOMMEND!\nI was recommended this place by a friend and have been with Storage Star for about two years now. Any questions or concerns I’ve had were always accommodated and were answered in a timely manner. It has always been a quick process to move-in/change/move-out units as needed and the website is pretty simple. They conduct frequent security checks and will call you if your storage is unlocked or opened. Diana and Dennis are always great to work with and were super helpful! Overall, great staff and storage!",

Moving out of one unit and into another they have been extremely flexible as well!! They are a very clean facility & the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, especially when we lost our keys to our lock; they helped us get back into our storage unit!! When I arrived I was greeted by a wonderful lady name Diane, who manages the units. I explained my issue and she helped me quickly without any hassle and transferred me to another unit. As an active duty Soldier with 9 years in the Army, life has been extremely high tempo lately with training and deployment preparations, so having to deal with account issues on top of everything else was honestly stressful.\n\nDiane was incredibly understanding, patient, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen, helped me resolve everything smoothly, and made me feel like more than just another customer. I found them online and liked their move in special and I am nearly shocked at what I get for the money!!! Open extended hours DAILY, and even access to clean restrooms. I am so happy with my decision to come to Storage Stars.\n\nMonths later, it’s now time for me to move into my new house and I am moving out of my storage unit. During my whole experience here I’ve had nothing but good news and good communication with everyone here! Diana has been especially helpful and made sure I knew what to do to make the best of the services available.\n\nWhen I need storage service again, I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else! It’s a big improvement compared to how it was even a couple of months ago, when homeless individuals were hanging around. My mom has high blood pressure and is on meds so the heat was very hard on her while we were there for 45 minutes taking a tour and getting paperwork signed. All in all, things were great except for the lack of AC.",

"text": "We have been using Storage Start for years now and we love it! I visited today and had a couple questions so I made my way up front. Along the way there was an employee cleaning the doors to the unit and I asked if I could speak with someone. She stated she was the manager and that her name was Diane. First of all I was impressed by how clean the building was (as it always is), but even more that the manager cleans on top of managing the building and it shows she really takes pride in how it looks in there. Kudos to her! She was very helpful with everything I needed and made my experience even better. Great job Diane and Storage Star! We love using you as our storage.",

Both Diane (Colorado Springs) and Max (Pueblo) are capable, knowledgeable and professional in performing their jobs as onsite managers. They are extremely helpful to me during a transitional time of my life - downsizing several household and moving. Not all storage facilities care this much about their customers. I appreciate them.",

The facility is a little sketchy sometimes with all of the homeless people around and I don't like when the front gate is left open so they can just walk in but Tim has a handle on things and I put my trust in him to keep my stuff safe. "text": "I wish I would have discovered this place sooner! The two guys that run this place were so professional and accommodating! They went above and beyond. The “Apple” of customer service. Facility is 5 stars and so is mgmt.\n\nI was loaded and ready to move into storage sense - (space force) when the mgr got in a mood and said she (Angela) refused to accommodate my rental. Was going to charge me a whole months rent when I was moving in the 3rd week of month! That would have been $320 for 5 weeks!\n\nNeedless to say storage sense is a rip off and they nickel dime you to death and keep raising rates and their mgmt and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. With the exception of Ben who has been amazing.",

"text": "Everything from the gentleman in the office to the facility is excellent. They have clean, secure indoor units that are climate controlled and easily accessible. I shopped around while looking for a storage unit, but this facility had by far the lowest prices while also having the cleanest building. If I ever need a storage unit in the future, this will be my first choice.",

"text": "Chris helped walked us through the process with a Uhaul truck and was very patient. We had issues and it took us about half an hour. But he was extremely accommodating and chill. This facility is really nice and clean, private. Has a restroom, and is very spacious. They have several different varieties of packing materials, and bundles of boxes available. Worth checking out. There is also a kiosk for self help as an option.",
