"text": "I've stored here for over a year. Great experience, friendly staff. I'm in climate controlled inside so there could be a little more lighting. I moved to another storage down the street which was about $20 cheaper but, after I started moving in I realized I didn't like the place. I felt secure at storage star, I didn't feel like I was in a dusty old warehouse which was the vibe of the new one, so I lost $56 move in fee and went back to Storage Star paying the extra.",

"text": "This has been the perfect place for me to store my parents' belongings when we had to sell their home. It's safe, secure, and very clean. The staff is always very nice and helpful. In fact, when someone who shall remain nameless (aka me) lost both keys to both storage locks, they cut through the old locks so I could replace them. There was a small fee of course, but much less than what a locksmith would charge. I was very grateful to them for their assistance and for not making me feel bad about it!",

The front staff is very friendly and helpful! it’s easy to access your unit and you don’t have to purchase one of their locks like some other company’s require (they do have them available for 20$ if needed though). the units are climate controlled and when i got my unit it was very clean as well! pricing is cheaper than others i’ve looked at as well. overall a very good place if you need a storage unit!",

The units are very clean (even the outside ones) and the security is great. The location is also very convenient to me. Their prices are reasonable too! If you need a storage place, this is the one! The location is easily accessible, always super clean, equipped with several carts for moving items, and I've never felt unsafe going to the unit by myself or after hours. I wish I could give more stars - everything about my experience has been inviting, customer-oriented, and seamless. Crystal and Nayla are gems!",

"text": "Rented a unit from them for years and the building, both outside and in, have always been extraordinarily clean. Elevators and doors have always been in working condition. When the carts became old and unmanageable around the corners, they replaced them with newer, lightweight models that made it easier to move belongings with. The staff have always been pleasant and welcoming, as well, which is a huge bonus, and anytime there was a concern when it came to weather, or moving into a new unit, they always exuded patience and care. They truly appreciate their customers; even if it seems like a job no one wants, it is obvious they take pride in excellence.",

I was searching for a unit close to my brothers independent living apartment to move his things into while we are looking for alternative housing for him. Crystal was friendly and helpful. I went to see the unit (complex is very clean) and was in and out in under 30 minutes. When I came back with the movers the next day and popped in she remembered me! Location is great and reasonably priced.",

With inflation cost i understood, but if you get in on a deal, be prepared to budget for more along the way. Other than this, it was an amazing facility. Nayla and Crystal were very hospitable and making sure that I got a unit that fit my needs. Some of the names I recall over the years starting with the most recent assistance are Crystal, Ernesto, and Bobby.\n\nOne thing I don't like is that when you just show up without a call, you can show up to a sign on the door that they will be back in an hour. No, business with 9-5pm hours should never not have a relief person and leave the business without someone there.",

The facility is always kept clean and I have transferred units multiple times and never had an issue. Crystal most recently helped me with transferring units when I was in a tight time frame, and was such a huge help. She was quick, informative, and super sweet. The staff is beyond friendly, courteous and helpful. (I think I probably spend too much time there since they know me by name). Storage Star Alma Drive is perfectly located right in the middle of Plano. Access is simple, but secure. I think three units is plenty; but, if I need another unit, I know they will be accommodating. I am very pleased and impressed.",

It was very easy to change storage sizes. I even got locked out once and called the 800 number and was assisted by a kind gentleman named Corey and I was able to get back in and finish my loading. I loved my experience with CubeSmart.",

"text": "Storage Starr has got to be one of the most affordable storage facilities that I have researched. The facility is clean and in clothes and climate controlled. I have the smallest storage space at $35 a month. Compare this to even 50-60 and $70 at other facilities I researched. You do have to pay 10 extra dollars a month if you don't have renter's insurance but still at 45 bucks total amount you can't beat the price",

"text": "Refik was great! Super accommodating very kind very respectful. You know immediately he has your best interest in mind and he is willing to work with you and find the best option for you. As far as the facility goes it is super clean thats one of there biggest advantages here. The gates are open between 6-10 pm so you know your items are completely safe. Lock system is pretty cool too I don’t see how anyone could get into it. Overall I had a great experience 10/10!",

"text": "Beautiful facility, friendly people.... they have carts by the elevators ...secured facility...cameras everywhere I love it I would recommend this place to anybody even if you don't need a storage unit just go get one just because... thank you to all the staff at the Alma location in Plano..you guys are awesome",

"text": "Very clean facility with the quickest, sharp, polite, maybe even a little friendly comedic team there to help. I only had a few minutes to complete this task I kinda dreaded doing yet the team at CubeSmart made it happen painlessly & quickly. Now I didn't tell them I had limited time it was their test...well, they A'ced it! They showed me cube availability, discussed all my options (payments, insurance, further move-in assistance, online services, all the supplies I may need, & storage tips) all on-site. AND, I really was out of there in a few minutes, happy & CubeSmart ready! So glad you're in the area! Thanks L. Riojas & Team!!",
