Phil assisted me with my options to get into a 5x10 within a matter of 15 minutes. Definitely took the stress off. She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. She is awesome, she made our time of hardship and sadness much better. She is very sweet and definitely went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Jodie so much!!!!",

      "text": "I’m writing this review for 2 reasons… Primarily to acknowledge the Site manager Jose and let people know that customer service is alive and well as long as he’s in charge. I have been using the facility for an about 3 months. Jose set me up initially when I moved in. Great person I said to myself. I received a notice that there would be a large increase in my fees for my unit. I was not a happy customer at that point. Jose took my call and he very professionally provided a solution that turned me back into a happy customer. We laughed and compromised and I promised him that I would leave this review! Secondly , I recommend that you use this facility as it’s very well maintained and someone like him is going to treat you with kindness and respect. Thank you!",

Having had past experience with other storage companies, taking an initial low monthly offer and then paying month to month is a surefire way to see early, sometimes sizeable increases in the rate. If you're willing to pay for a year or 2 in full up front, you can freeze that initial attractive rate, which makes a whole lot of sense. If you need to move out earlier, they'll refund the difference in what you had paid up front, which makes for this option from Extra Space a very favorable policy for savvy renters.",

Every human I've worked with at this place has been great.\nI drove this far out of Boston for storage because it was affordable. Unfortunately they more than doubled the price shortly after I moved out of state so I had no recourse but to leave it there for the immediate future.  They said they were bringing prices up to the market rates but two months is a stupid steep curve to take cost more than double...\nThat's why they don't get five stars. They get four because the people are so awesome.",
