      "text": "The move was so smooth into the storage. The property is safe and well maintained, I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there. Jason and everyone  I have talked to has been extremely helpful and on top of things. I hit a rough patch during  storing my items there and the property manager lady( I apologize  I cant remember her name as it has been sometime), went above and beyond to help me out and work things. These are genuine people who care and will truly put their best foot forward every step of the way. All I can say is I really 200%  recommend, not only will your items be secure but the staff is great. Thank you because  you  really helped me at my lowest point and I will forever be grateful.",

I’m now moving into a space in Novato and they went out of their way to coordinate with Sonoma, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Jason went over and above to help me from initially setting everything up to making sure my move into my unit went without a hitch. I highly recommend Storage Star in Novato (plus, it's in a pretty setting). If unit availability is scarce there due to demand, definitely check out their other Storage Star location in Sonoma that Jason also manages.",

      "text": "My friend and I call this place Storage Heaven. It is located in a beautiful, peaceful place where you feel like you are going on a vacation instead of going to look at all your junk. I like that you can drive right up to your unit and do what you need to do. My stuff got somewhat dusty/dirty in there because it is not an air tight sealed space, but nothing ever got wet or anything. In that regard, the storage unit is well protected. It's safe and quiet in Storage Heaven and there's a nice trail right nearby that you can go for a hike to decompress after seeing all your junk that you can't quite deal with. The staff is really nice. Dawn is great.",

      "text": "Great spot for storage.   Quiet, clean, safe and good people (like Billy and his dog, Lizzie) working there.   The 7am to 7pm hours aren’t always ideal, but probably keep it safer there.   I rented two 10x20 units and had a great experience there, especially with the first month for a dollar deal.  I would rent there again!",
