      "text": "I came in there the day after the Fourth of July. It was a horrible day in my life. I needed a storage unit and they were friendly and accommodating to me very much so without getting into a lot of detail, the gentleman that I had called worked from a call center that was subcontracted out to Storage Star. He guaranteed me this wonderful deal and misinformed me after you guaranteed me. That what he quoted was absolutely. I was vulnerable and upset and I fell for it and when I got there, they accommodated me and ways that I never even thought what happened because of this. I hope that company is no longer working for them, but nonetheless people need Storage to know that their stuff is safe after day 100% went up and beyond the ladies in the office were amazing Absolutely amazing and their customer service was up and beyond outstanding. The place is clean and safe and I am happy that my stuff is stored there. I can sleep good at night, knowing that it is taken care of. I appreciate Storage Star Roy, Utah, and the ladies in the office that went up and beyond as well as anybody else that was involved and they listen to what I have to say and they made me feel valued. It’s not only Customer also a person in general I can’t tell you what it feels like to have somebody care like they do. I know that your stuff is at a more than reasonable price. So thank you Storage Star for Utah. I recommend anybody that needs Storage needs go there. It’s the best and inexpensive way to store your items  safely and I totally recommended Storage Star to help you with your needs!",

Very happy when they contacted me about my locks being removed from our units after we had moved out, It was literally the next day that they called, I had just not notified them of the move yet. Just let me know that they pay attention to the security of the units by video or walking the property and doing a visual inspection. I would definitely recommend Storage Star for your storage needs.",

I also liked that they have an indoor storage units they are the best. The front desk girl is really nice and was able to help me get into my storage unit since I had forgotten my access pin. I did run into an odd issue with their 10 x 20 that I reserve because it's not the same size as other storage sheds 10x20's it's actually a lot smaller. Which isn't a big deal because the 12 x 20 is still $30 cheaper than the Storage company I'm moving from. Even their locks are cheaper. In the end it's not the price that made me want to stick with them, instead of staying where I'm at. It was the fact that they gave me all of the information up front full disclosure and gave me a copy of my lease - unlike the other company that I'm leaving who claims that I submitted my lease online yet i was never sent an electronic copy and still haven't been given a printed copy either... Which i guess is how they get away with $80/mo rent increases & charge however much they feel like if late which was $50 this last time... anyway, I already left that company my review so I'll keep them unnamed in this one. All around storage star in roy I will highly recommend over the crooks i was originally tricked into renting with any day!!!",
