Harman the manager was great to work with, always friendly and pleasant demeanor whether in person or on the phone. I would recommend you call her for your storage needs. "text": "The manager is super cool and whole process of looking at the different size rentable storage spaces was real easy. The whole process of looking at the space and then doing the contract took less than a half hour. At looked at several other storage companies in the same area and Storage Star was by far the best in the way of prices and location for me. Highly recommend Storage Star",

"text": "I've been storing at storage star for over the last 20-21 years even before it was storage star but the process was so easy switching over I didnt really even notice. I've never had any rodent problems in this time and have never had anyone try to access my units either. Its been safe and reliable to store my stuff here for so many years. The office manager Harmon has always been so friendly and helpful. After a family member unexpectedly passed away she was there to help me with a second unit immediately. I've recommended friends and family to this facility as it seems to be the best in town.",

She is understanding and she sees people for who they are and has compassion and empathy for her customers. There should be more storage facility employees like Harman. She made the rental experience painless and effortlessly got me into a unit within a matter of minutes. Not only that, but she waited for me to show up right before the office closed and stayed late on her shift to do the paperwork. She is amazing, and is the reason that Storage Star is getting my 5 star review!!!",

It was a smooth process I got the unit I needed and I never had any issues with my unit. Once my son was supposed to lock it and he didn’t lock it properly. The next day I got a phone call letting me know it was not locked properly to please put on correctly. I also had the convenience of paying my bill online. Thank you star storage for taking care of my needs and keeping my items locked up successfully! It’s much appreciated! Take care.",

There are newer facilities in town but there are no better facilities. The difference isn't about the facilities; it's about the people who run it. Storage Star has the best people running it...and that makes all the difference. Harman Gill manages the facility in Woodland. She is the best in the business. Her customer service is excellent.\n\nThe quality of the facilities is very good and the price is too. I highly recommend Storage Star.",

"text": "I hate having to store my things but Harman made me feel comfortable and gave me the best storage experience. She was attentive to questions and understanding when my daughter came with me to get everything set up. Every time I came in she remembered us and when it came time to move out, She got everything taken care of quickly and was sad to see us go.\nThe facility was clean, the gate was open from 6am to 9pm, allowing plenty of time to get things loaded and unloaded, staff was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!",

"text": "This review is only about the Budget Truck Rentals, not the actual mini-storage business. A-1 offers Budget rental trucks in Woodland. At the time I rented it, A-1 was the only truck rental place in Woodland. Fortunately, the owners and their staff seem like really nice people, and they were very helpful and friendly. My only issue was that their relief desk clerk messed up on the return. I had called ahead to let them know the truck would be about 2 hours late, which I was told to do if I was going to be late so they could adjust it in the computer so I wouldn't be charged for an entire extra day. The relief clerk did not do that, and I was charged double. The next day, one of the owners called me back to let me know they were aware of the problem, and that they had already corrected it, and I would be getting a refund. The day after that, the other owner called and apologized for the confusion, and he wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. He offered me a discount on a future rental to make up for the troubles. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It showed me that the owners really do care about their customers and want to win their loyalty. I will definitely rent from them again.",
