"text": "I can’t say enough good things about Storage Star and especially LaToya! I originally rented a storage unit online, but when I arrived, I realized it was much too small for what I needed. I was already overwhelmed and honestly on the verge of tears.\n\nLaToya immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to help. She made the process of transferring me into a larger unit quick and stress-free. More than that, she showed genuine kindness and compassion while I was having a difficult moment. She listened, reassured me, and treated me with such care and professionalism.\n\nCustomer service like hers is rare these days. Especially Laura who works on site she is absolutely amazing to work with I've been with them for a couple years now and Laura goes out her way on her job. Every time that I'm there she's always on the grounds cleaning checking things out and she is always very helpful and responsive anytime that I need her Go see her she would definitely take care of you. I love being a customer at extra space storage and working with Laura thanks again guys.",

Denny is professional, quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns and takes security seriously. He contacted me less than 12 hrs after I changed my lock to confirm it was owner action. Always asking if there is anything he can help with. Prices are at the upper end of average for the area but the place is run well in my experience. Worth a look.",

The 2 site mgrs Frank and Ira, have been really helpful with the transition and have gone above and beyond to help me. Their customer service has been greatly appreciated.",

"text": "I have had cars stored at this location or the West Clemmonsville Road location for several years now. The facilities are conveniently located and appear to be clean and secure. I prefer the West Point location because its a little more off the beaten path. Just met Frank, the new manager, today and he was super helpful with questions I had regarding the new owners and my rental agreement and rates. I've always had a good relationship with the folks that work here and I feel like the value is here for the price and peace of mind I have knowing my property is secure while stored here. Unfortunately we did not need to rent a unit but just wanted to share the experience that I had with this wonderful staff. She has even tried to assist me with finding storage in my area for some future needs. Excellent customer service and went way beyond what was expected.",
