"text": "I am over the moon about my choice to stow my personal items with Star Storage! The facility is super clean and safe! Amy, the gal on site, is great! Very helpful and understanding! The agents over the phone saved me the wrong sized unit and when I arrived at Star Storage to rent unit, I was super disappointed-But, it was no problem to get me into the larger sized unit-she wasted no time in doing paperwork-had me sigh and initial here and there, gave me a mini tour and voila! I had the unit I wanted! Not to mention she put me towards the back of building so I could have access to the elevator that was closest to my unit! What an angel! I was at first concerned with safety for the neighborhood once wasn’t the greatest-but Amy assured me all would be well! Telling me they’ve had limited incidents and nothing violent. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility-The move in special is what originally attracted me! In fact, I had rented with public storage and after having found out about Star Storage, I changed immediately! Spent weekend moving from Public to Star! So overly excited that I made the move! It’s a little bit further from my home but overall I am more than satisfied! Much thanks to Amy and High five to Star Storage⭐️💫!",

"text": "I love this place it's close by to where I live. And since the new staff have taken over that would Amy and Kaleb. I feel like my property is safe there. they have fixed all of the problems there. They have worked very hard and dilagently make it a good and safe place to rent at. I ran into a problem I created due to my own negligence, and John went out of his way to rectify the situation without demanding a thing. He was managing in the old fashioned way, just being helpful. Everytime I come in they are always cleaning something or picking up. I definitely would recommend renting with Storage Star they have cameras, gated entry, and an awesome staff. I moved here from another Storage space close by and found great amenities and an even better price.",

"text": "My mom rents from this location and I frequently have to visit here to get things out of the storage. We have been renting since about last year in June and let me just say it’s amazing the changes that havre been happening in this place. When we first moved in we were really skeptical about possible crime and things in the area but I can truly say this place is a blessing . They Offer the lowest prices for storage compared to the competition in the area. Security cameras , gated entry , key pad access throughout the building. It’s always clean whenever I visit which is really once or twice a week and the elevator always smells like it was just mopped with fabuloso. The icing on the cake is really this awesome staff. You can tell they really take pride in what they do , they are always polite and very personable. I had and issue with an increase we received and they were able to negotiate a better rate increase than what was initially charged. I really hope to see Storage Star and especially its managers Tyrell and Lj here for a long time. They are Exactly what this place needed",

We just lost out home to a fire and the office lady was kind enough to work with us on payment options, identification requirements, and even stayed open late to finish up the paperwork and let me use her restroom! The compassion and friendly assistance went a long way for us that day, and far and above the normal corporate status quo! If you want a storage unit that's clean and secure many can be found, but if you want the best storage facility with staff of the highest quality human beings to serve you, then this is the only storage in Denver for you!",

The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was that it is a bit difficult to find someone on site and communicate with them on the phone. You have to call the main number and they send a message to the facility you want to contact. But when we did contact them, the clerk was very helpful and friendly.",

If you had more reps. like lacey taking care or your customers, you wouldn't have any open units throughout all your facilities because everyone needing a storage space would be waiting in line just to use your facilities with cusromer representatives like Lacey taking care of them. "text": "After reviewing several storage companies, Life Storage had the best rates for the size that I was looking for. And on the day of signing, I was told that another similar unit had a better deal and I was transferred to it, to my pleasant surprise! The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I really recommend this place 😃",
