Nonetheless, Crystal still accommodated me. She was professional and pleasant to speak with. She lightened my load by her kind gesture. If you’re looking for a storage rental with genuine and professional staff, this is where you should come. Not to mention, access to your unit is quick and easy at all times! ZERO HASSLE! It got delivered to their other location and the staff was great. They called me and even helped load it in my suv, so I could get it to my unit. Eli and the rest of the staff are great.",

"text": "I’m not sure why but I really expected this experience to be a hassle. Eli made sure I was very well taken care of! I reserved a climate controlled unit in the middle of the night and I had already had a missed call from him by the time I woke up again. Eli offered me a better location unit at a better rate to make my move in as swift and easy as possible. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first experience getting a storage unit so I had a ton of questions and Eli didn’t hesitate once. I greatly appreciate him for making this a smooth transition!",

"text": "Customer service and the location is great. The only reasons I will not give 5 stars is due to on call staff and no permanent parties at the location during business hours. Also, the security gate is currently down so it is easily accessible to anyone. They do although have security cameras set up and active.",
