      "text": "Great people, service, and great unit! It was clean when we moved in. There's a security gate with a code to limit access to the public. There's security cameras around the property, and the unit was just like they advertised. We moved out of state and needed one extra day at the first of the month to be able to get the unit clean, and they didn't make a fuss about it or charge us any extra. We highly recommend Storage Star!",

      "text": "Everything pretty much went fine everybody was very courteous the only issue there was was that when I originally reserved the storage and I asked the guy twice he said I needed to bring $41 because the first month was $1 when I got there it ended up being 70 some dollars because it was this month the fees and the whole entire another month that I got charged that it was that way and that's fine it just would have been nice to know that before I got there cuz I was making plans that's why I made sure and asked that's the only issue that I had whatsoever other than that everything great",

But when I started a storage unit at storage star, it had to been the most safest that I have ever seen their security and their camera systems are fully updated. Logan, their manager is very helpful and goes through the paperwork quickly but thoroughly, making it fast, but also making sure you understand everything. About 2 or so weeks after getting a unit, we decided we needed a bigger one and she switched us right over that same day, no problem. Thanks, Logan!",
